    Grateful and amazed

    I’ve had the privilege of seeing how dedicated and thoughtful Lacey is, both during our wedding and in the years since. 100% yes! Lots of couples get legally married at the courthouse first and then celebrate with a ceremony later — and honestly, it means you get to focus entirely on the fun part without any of the paperwork stress on the day! Your ceremony would be a symbolic celebration of your love, and it can be just as meaningful (sometimes even more so!) as a legal one. We'd still do everything — vows, rings, the whole thing — it just wouldn't include the license signing.
I'm new to officiating, but I've been deeply involved in weddings for years as a maid of honor — so I know firsthand what makes a ceremony feel special. I don't offer premarital counseling — that's best left to licensed professionals! What I do offer is a relaxed consultation where we get to know each other and talk through your ceremony vision.
