Hey everyone! I'm Michael Powell and so excited to meet you! My team and I at Heart In Hand Studios have been capturing love stories for over 5 years, documenting more than 150 weddings across the country. We’re an all-inclusive photography and videography team, passionate about working with couples from all backgrounds and cultures. From rustic barnyard celebrations to sun-soaked beach vows to intimate mountain elopements, we bring a creative, personal touch to every wedding. Our goal is to preserve your love story and legacy, creating timeless memories you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

    Wow! Beyond satisfied and highly recommended!

    My wife and I were incredibly nervous trying to find a photographer/videographer that would properly convey the sentiment of our big day. Our wedding location wasn’t the closest and we had certain obstacles in the way that may have been difficult for any professional. After connecting with this team, all nerves went out the window and we knew we were in good hands. Not only was our entire day perfectly documented, all of the photos and videos came out better than we ever imagined. We are beyond grateful for this crew and they are such a delight to work with. We have sooooooo many cherished moments we can now look back on that always brings us joy. We would give them 10 stars if we could!     Stunning!

Absolutely! While we’re based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we’re available for destination weddings worldwide. If your wedding is over 150 miles outside the Tulsa metropolitan area, we’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations.

We recommend reaching out as soon as possible about our availability. We do a limited number of weddings every year to ensure our couples receive the highest quality service, so our calendar typically fills up months in advance.
Yes. We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.
Unfortunately, we cannot work outdoors in the rain or other inclement weather conditions like heavy snowfall and hail.
We sure do! Over the years, we've worked alongside dozens of different photographers and videographers in the industry.

Our turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-8 weeks after your wedding.
Only the images that are sorted through and handpicked will be edited. We do not outsource any of our editing, everything is handled in house.
You can expect about 400-800 images from your wedding day. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
In my 5 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my trusted colleagues. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
After everything is edited, a private online link will be sent to your email with all your files to download.
Revisions may be requested but additional fees may be added depending on the amount of work required.
Absolutely! We provide flexible payment options to best suit each couple’s needs.
