About this venue

Nestled amongst thirty tranquil acres of our lush wooded private property, The Emerald Forest provides a stunning backdrop for a strikingly serene and cherished micro-wedding or elopement. We are just four miles east of downtown Redmond and fifteen miles east of downtown Seattle. Within the forest is the Emerald Forest Theater, built-in 2018 by Treehouse Master Pete Nelson. The Theater is a one-of-a-kind outdoor climb-in movie theater made up of a large seating area 15' off the ground, four box seat open-air pods, two "Kodama zome" elevating loungers (tree-levators!), two stories of hammock-like dream nets high in the trees, and projection onto the 16' screen hanging in the trees. The forest of hemlocks, cedars, and fir trees within a gorgeous carpet of green moss is truly one of the most beautiful forests in the world (or so we have been told dozens of times!).

Hot Tub, Queen Bed, Twin Bunk Beds, Heated Outdoor Shower, Private Bathroom, Kitchenette, Keurig, and basic kitchen essentials. Premium cable, Netflix, and Hulu are available on the 100' screen. Continental breakfast is delivered via a 150' zipline, expansive deck, and crow's nest (40' feet high), overlooking the private nature preserve.

Description

Ease the burden on yourself, your family, and your friends by enlisting the services of a day-of coordinator. They will handle tasks such as setup, teardown, decorating, assisting the wedding couple with any on-the-day needs, coordinating a champagne toast, managing the buffet-style dinner service, cutting the cake, and distributing slices to your guests.
