At Evergreen Meadows, your wedding day is yours from start to finish. Our 12-hour rental includes exclusive property access, elegant getting-ready suites, ceremony and reception spaces, a clear-top tent with romantic lighting, and all essential tables and chairs. From intimate first-look moments to cozy evenings around the fire pit, every corner of our venue is designed with beauty and celebration in mind. 2026 pricing ranges from $4,000–$8,400 depending on season and day of the week.

Such a gorgeous venue
We loved working with Evergreen Meadows. We knew from the day that we toured the venue that we would be getting married there. We loved the location for out-of-town guests -- it wasn't too far from the airport and had a lot of hotel options nearby. We were able to reach out for any questions that we had and they were very responsive. We had our day of coordinator with Love Blooms and it was seamless because they knew so much about the venue already. We loved the getting ready rooms and all the space that our guests had to be able to spend time together.
Simply the Best
There aren’t enough words to say how fantastic this venue is. They really care, they put their whole heart into running events and it shows. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Y’all don’t sleep on this venue, it’s truly a gem.
Great place to celebrate just about anything.
Evergreen Meadows is a wonderful spot to bring family and friends to gather for any type of celebration. I have worked at Evergreen Meadows as a dj and photo booth host and it's always fun, the staff is always smiling and happy to help in anyway they can. David Leu
