About this venue
We are a mother-and-daughter owned and run venue and we might just be the perfect place for your outdoor wedding! We have plenty of space for the party whether you need tents, parking, social distancing, separate reception/celebration spots, or just love really tall trees - we can work with what you need!

The Orchard
An open, sunny space backed by our fruit orchard and vegetable garden!
The lawn can hold up to 300 seated guests (or so we've seen), and also features a tree arch that makes for the perfect bridal entrance!

The Pond
The pond offers a beautiful backdrop to your already beautiful decor.
This is our more intimate space, perfect for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, couples luncheon, or dance parties at your reception!

This space, at the head of our nature trail, is the perfect woodland space to host your event.
We have plenty of lawn space without losing out on the "in the woods" vibe. With tall trees all around, ferns sprinkled about and plenty of party space, this is your ideal forest wedding venue!

Sheltered by Maples, padded with moss, this overly green space provides a cozy atmosphere for a more intimate feel!
This picturesque spot provides shade, space, and the perfect amount of sparkle (depending on how many twinkly lights are involved). We love seeing what couples do with this space!

Fairytale Wedding
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding. The setting is deeply rooted in nature — lush, serene, and completely immersive — and we were incredibly lucky to have the most perfect weather on our day, which made everything feel even more magical. The views were absolutely stunning, the kind of scenery that takes your breath away and makes the day feel truly special. The setting itself was unlike anything we'd seen when venue hunting, giving our wedding a unique feel that our guests are still talking about. There was plenty of space for everyone to move around comfortably, which kept the whole day relaxed and easy. The owners were also a pleasure to work with. We did a fully DIY wedding, and Mallory was wonderful throughout the planning process — always available to answer questions and offer thoughtful input that helped make sure everything came together the way we envisioned. On the day itself, Dana was incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything, which let us stay present and actually enjoy our wedding without stress. Having that kind of guidance and support made such a difference, especially for a DIY setup. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the venue photographed beautifully — our photos turned out beyond what we imagined. The natural surroundings gave every shot a gorgeous, organic backdrop that no studio could replicate. It was exactly the vision we had in mind, and we would recommend it without hesitation to any couple looking for a memorable, one-of-a-kind setting for their big day.

Woodland Gardens Wedding
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue! This beautiful outdoor space created an enchanting atmosphere, and our guests were in awe of the stunning scenery. Awesome Venue
Woodland Gardens Event Venue was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. Their communication was quick, thoughtful, and always helpful, making the planning process a breeze. The venue itself was large, inviting, and had a gorgeous woodsy feel that perfectly matched the vibe we were going for. Magic at Woodland Gardens
Dayna and Mallory at Woodland Gardens Event Venue were wonderful to work with. Their property on Vashon Island is beautiful and peaceful. Our wedding there felt effortless as we moved through the different spaces from ceremony to reception.
