About this venue

Orting Manor is a newly renovated, french country inspired, rustic-style wedding venue located in Orting WA, with a stunning view of Mt. Rainier. The Manor is rich in history, guests can admire the original architectural design while appreciating the modern touches we thoughtful infused into the remodel. Our venue is perfect for hosting your wedding, special events, family and friends.

Description

12:00pm - 10:00pm to celebrate and 10-11pm to cleanup. Includes amenities listed, plus two dressing suites, two permanent restrooms, the entire downstairs of the Manor, use of our garden and ceremony space, and catering prep space. Guest count up to 180. A one hour onsite planning meeting and walkthrough are included. These are 3- 6 weeks prior to your wedding. These are not rehearsals, however, one hour private rehearsals can be added on (subj. to availability) for $400, 6-8 weeks prior

    Great venue

    The venue is gorgeous and comes with decor options,tables and chairs. You can bring anything from inside the house outside for the wedding which is awesome too. The day of coordinator leading up to the wedding was wonderful, great communication and advice. The day of coordinator that was present at my wedding was not professional and responded with “I don’t know” or “that’s not my job” to every question.

    INCREDIBLE VENUE

    The team at The Orting Manor was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first email, they were incredibly responsive, client-centered, and honest about all the details. Their communication style put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is high quality, with a modern yet vintage feel that was perfect for our special day. They took the time to walk through the space with us multiple times to ensure our vision was executed flawlessly. On the day of, the Orting Manor team took away all the stress, allowing us to truly enjoy ourselves. We are so grateful for their professionalism and dedication to making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

    The DeVore Wedding at Orting Manor

    We can’t say enough good things about having our wedding at Orting Manor. My (now) husband and I went to tour just ONE venue and absolutely fell in love with the charm of Orting Manor. Not only were we given the option to rent the entire property, but they also had decor available to use for our big day. We felt so supported and were able to ask questions, bounce ideas off, and were given ample information leading up to the day. It’s not often you find a wedding venue that can truly do it all. In addition, Tiphany (venue manager) was a delight to work with from the first day - and we immediately knew we wanted to work with her! Breanna was our day of venue host and she was perfection and helped make the day run smooth! Our guests had the best time, and couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was. It is intimate but also enough space to hold more than enough people. Orting Manor will forever hold such a place in our heart and we can’t recommend it enough.

For weddings, equal payments of 25% at booking, 9 months, 6 months and 90 days prior to your event. Elopements and micro weddings are 50% at booking, 50% due 30 days prior to the event. A date cannot be held without a signed contract and deposit. A security deposit is required the day of your wedding, to be returned after your event if there are no damages incurred.

Orting Manor allows any licensed and insured caterer.
Yes. This generally costs about $175. Orting Manor Events LLC AND Lenas LLC must be named on your policy. Wedsafe is our favorite.
Yes. A licensed and insured bartender is required. Generally, your caterer can provide one. We can also provide a bartender on occasion, if requested in advance. Orting Manor Events LLC must be named on their insurance.
There is a ton of public parking- right across the street, at the giant parks kitty corner to the Manor, and street parking around the neighborhood. Golf cart shuttle service can be utilized at no additional cost- please inquire.

Your reservation includes eleven hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $400 per hour.
