About this venue

Say your I Do's with a breathtaking view! Winter View Lodge sits on 20-acres in rural Eatonville, Wash. about 45 minutes south of Tacoma. The view from the lodge features the majestic Mt. Rainier, the valley below, and endless groves of evergreen trees. Our rentals can span Friday evenings to early Sunday afternoons to provide you plenty of time for your wedding weekend. Start with your rehearsal dinner Friday night and wrap up with a clean up party Sunday morning. The wedding party can stay overnight at the lodge, too. Or stick with a Saturday-only rental for 12 hours. Our pricing is all-inclusive of what we have to offer. You'll get to choose your own vendors (catering, DJs, etc), too! This space features a 2400 square foot reception space covered by an airy elegeant white tent structure. With open sides, the view of Mt. Rainier is still as spectacular as ever. This space can easily hold your wedding guests, buffet line, bar, dance floor and DJ.

Bridal Suite

Get the bridal crew wedding-ready in a private room with private bathroom.

The bridal suite is a private space with vanities/mirror for at least three ladies. There is a private bathroom with vanity and mirror as well. This room is also divided into a sleeping room that would be ideal for the bride to stay in the night before the wedding and the bride and groom to share on their wedding night. We offer a military and first responder special discount of $500 off our rental rate. Thank you for your service! *Our normal rates are $6,200 for a Saturday rental or $7,900 for Friday evening through Sunday early afternoon.

    The team at Winter View Lodge provided excellent service and communication throughout our wedding planning process. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions and requests, making the entire experience seamless. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - a large, open space that allowed us to customize the setup exactly how we envisioned. The staff handled the setup and takedown of all tables, chairs, and our ceremony arbor, and were available on the day of our wedding to accommodate any last-minute changes. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our special day.

    Our experience with Winter View Lodge was nothing short of exceptional. Their communication was prompt, friendly and heartfelt - they clearly cared about making our day special. The grounds are breathtaking, and we were able to truly bring our vision to life with their support. The overnight spaces provided everything we needed for our wedding weekend, and the staff was always ready to jump in and help however they could. Our vendors had no issues working with the Winter View team, which made the entire planning process seamless. We are so grateful to have celebrated our special day at this wonderful venue.

    We had an excellent experience working with Winter View Lodge as the DJ company for a mutual clients wedding. Their communication style was easy, flexible, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process.     We picked this venue because of the beautiful views all around. Despite it being an August wedding, it rained throughout our rehearsal and leading up to our ceremony. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our day would be perfect, no matter the weather! They made set up seamless and gave ideas on how to organize things (super helpful to a bride who’s already making 100 decisions) It rained until an hour before our ceremony, our guests commented how the staff was wiping down benches to make sure seating was dry. It was great!! The bonfire was perfect because it was a chilly evening and made for great pictures. This venue is naturally beautiful, lots of spots for organic pictures. We were the first couple to use the big tent, great timing. The tent was huge and easily fit around 120 people, the lights strung throughout it are a nice touch! We brought an LED sign and Pat was kind enough to put on a wood slab post, making it much cuter! Another highlight was we were able to include our dog child in our special day. She was able to stay with us the entire weekend and we loved being able to include her. Everyone was just so kind and helpful. We’re so happy we picked this place. I recommend this to anyone and everyone, we cant say enough good things about it!
