Why do I tell stories? Because stories help us remember all of those beautiful moments in our lives. I'm Danny, and I've been creating cinematic films for thirteen years. I'm a human being who's incredibly passionate about creating timeless films that are artistic, exquisite, and recherché.

I believe that beautiful films are full of artistic shots and raw emotion. That editing a film is like conducting an orchestra. I'll get to know you both as a couple, ask questions about what you're truly passionate about in life, and include that in your wedding film. I'll freeze all of those beautiful moments from your wedding day in time, and tell your story in a way that's truly uniquely, and authentically you. You'll look back, and see all of the people you love, those moments you'll never forget, and be able to relive the day in a way that's timeless. Memories are treasures, and I'd be honored to capture yours and tell your story.

    Livermore Wedding July 25th

    Neal and I were extremely happy with Driftr Films. Danny captured our wedding ceremony at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery (in Livermore wine country) on July 25th beautifully! We were so please to be able to have this memory for us. Danny was highly professional and personable, and the video and audio came out perfect! He delivered a link with our ceremony and a short reel the next day via email! The link was easy to access and the video downloaded with no problem at all. We can also use the link to share with friends and family. We really appreciated how Danny was willing to work with us to put together a package for us to just capture the ceremony. His pricing was also very reasonable compared to other vendors. He also took the time to get to know us as a couple before the ceremony through a combination of online questionnaire and a video meeting two weeks before our big day. We highly recommend Danny and Driftr Films.

    Wedding Video

    Driftr Films made an amazing video for our wedding. Photography only goes so far in really capturing the event. Years later, we are able to watch our wedding video and relive the moment. Very flexible and easy to work with. I couldn't recommend their services more!

    Excellent Engagement Photo Session

    Danny did an amazing job capturing our engagement photos. He was extremely professional, easy to work with, and creative. We loved the end result and would hire him for any future photography or videography needs. I can’t recommend him enough!

    Overall great experience

    I am so happy with how well our wedding was captured. All of the videos were perfect and I really loved that we were given the footage that wasn't used in the ceremony, reception, or highlight films.

Definitely! While we’re based in Pleasanton, CA, we’re available for destination weddings worldwide. If your wedding is over 100 miles outside the San Francisco area, Albany, New York area, or Cleveland, OH area, we’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations.
Once you know your wedding date, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible about our availability. We film limited weddings every year to ensure our couples receive the highest quality service, and our 60-90 day turn around time, so our calendar typically fills up 3-6 months to a year in advance.
The only person that will touch your video is me! Danny
Yes, but we will share it with you privately first! You have the option to make the shared link private or public, and if it's public, we are happy to share it on social media.
I recommend two cinematographers especially if your having two photographers. I can explain the pros and cons over a Video call.
Yes! We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.
Absolutely, There is always a way to figure any situation out!
Absolutely. Reach out anytime to ask about our special pricing for elopements! Please note your elopement must have fewer than 15 total guests.
We’re happy to offer a same-day edit for an additional fee. Our Same Day Edits rock!! We are one of the few that includes your vows, first dance and even maybe a speech. To top if off our SDE videos are around the 4 min mark. We’ll make sure the final video is done in time for your reception. Price includes projector and screen at no additional cost.
I personally recommend a scheduled Video call with both of you. You are both making a big spending decision, so it's best I speak with both of you at a time that works for you both.
