The Suisun Valley Inn is an intimate retreat at the historic 55-acre Monroe Ranch in the heart of Suisun Valley, just east of Napa. Accommodating sixteen guests in eight suites, the inn is the ideal location to stay while enjoying the area wineries, farms and attractions. If you are looking for a tucked away setting for a wedding party, a company retreat or just a getaway to a quaint setting, the Suisun Valley Inn is a unique choice. For the 2025 wedding season we will offer indoor weddings/receptions in our new 7500 sq ft barn.

    Suisun Valley Inn

    We stayed from Friday - Sunday, and it was the wedding of our dreams! On friday, we were able to set up the barn ahead of time and have our rehearsal dinner in the backyard. My bridesmaids stayed the night in the house, making the morning of so fun and stress free. It was DIY, and we were given the freedom to decorate and do whatever we wanted, bringing all of our Pinterest boards to life. We had the ceremony with the vineyards in the background, cocktail hour was behind the house and we moved inside of the barn for the rest of the night. We danced the night away and did a sparkler send off! So beautiful & fun! I recommend having your wedding here!

    Suisun Valley Inn venue

    Suisun Valley Inn was truly everything we could have asked for in a wedding venue and so much more. From the moment we chose this venue, we knew it was going to be the perfect place to celebrate such an important day in our lives. One of our favorite parts was having the option to rent the beautiful 8-bedroom house located right next to the venue on the same property. It worked out perfectly for us! We were able to have family traveling from out of state stay together, and having access beginning Thursday gave us extra time to decorate, prepare, and really enjoy the days leading up to our wedding without feeling rushed. The venue also includes so many things that make wedding planning easier, including tables, chairs, white linens, and cocktail barrels. We also really appreciated being able to bring our own alcohol without a corkage fee. One of the biggest reasons we chose Suisun Valley Inn was the flexibility. We were able to choose our own caterer and all of our other vendors instead of being tied to a preferred vendor list. That freedom allowed us to create a wedding that truly felt like US, and we are so grateful for that. And the property itself… absolutely breathtaking. The views and surroundings created the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding and photos. Looking back, we genuinely couldn’t imagine having celebrated anywhere else. A special thank you to Gary for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer our questions, incredibly accommodating, and made us feel supported from beginning to end. We would choose Suisun Valley Inn over and over again. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with incredible views, flexibility, and the ability to truly make your wedding your own, we cannot recommend it enough.

    Wedding Weekend

    Gary was very responsive and accommodating and responsive to most of our needs. Overall our wedding was beautiful and a success, however, feedback from some of our guests was that with the extreme heat, it was uncomfortable and almost unbearable during our ceremony. We would have appreciated fans, misters, or additional shading to make our guests feel more comfortable. The property was well maintained and the views were picturesque, the barn was spacious, and the inn was comfortable for all of our guests. We would highly recommend this venue.

    Picturesque

    This place exceeded our expectations. It is a picturesque and spacious property perfect for hosting weddings. We hosted a 5 day long Indian wedding at the house and had a great experience. The barn is a great additions very useful for hosting formal events. The property owner or manager is always close by and ready to assist with anything. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to host a wedding in NorCal.

    Incredible Wedding Venue and Inn

    I was searching for venues for months and when I came across Suisun Valley Inn it was like a miracle! It was everything I wanted for my wedding. We were able to rent out the Inn for my entire family and the bridesmaids and groomsmen so we had countless memories made before the actual wedding, ceremony, and reception even began! It allowed us to set up the barn for our reception days before so day off we were all stress free. Gary Bacon was incredible in meeting all of our needs, checking in if everything was good, and giving us all the things we wanted such as tables, table cloths, even use of some of his wine barrels. The whole family on both sides and our friends were so impressed with the landscape and loved everything about the area. The inn and barn was a perfect size for us and we had around 200 guests. But just so you know there is only one fridge and it is smaller than you think so be prepared for that:) everything else was absolutely perfect!

Yes. There is no corkage fee. If you hire a bartender, they should be licensed.
Yes. The Inn and one of the Inn's eight bedrooms is Accessible. The barn is accessible.
Couples who rent the 8-bedroom Inn for two nights during the week or three nights on weekends may use the property for weddings. You would have exclusive use of the 55-acre estate during your stay. For events in the barn during the week without use of the Inn, the barn is available for 10 hours. Events must conclude by 10PM.
Yes, event insurance is available from third parties at a nominal cost.
Suisun Valley is adjacent to Napa, California, about half way between San Francisco and Sacramento. SFO, OAK, SMF & APC are all less than an hour away and are serviced by UBER & LYFT
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. Cancellation Insurance is available from third parties for a fee.
Yes. Weekend events are reserved for couples who also rent the 8-bedroom Inn, but we can make the barn available for events during the week.
We are not in the catering business. You can hire any caterer licensed in Solano County you like. Options range from elegant plated dinners with carving stations and ice sculptures to buffets, food trucks and even family members providing self-catering.
