San Ramon Waters Wedding
San Ramon Waters is a stunning venue with gorgeous grounds that created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. The Elite package includes many amenities, making it a convenient option, although you should be prepared for additional upsells throughout the planning process. The best part (besides the beautiful setting) was the food—the prime rib upgrade was absolutely worth it and was a favorite among us and our guests. However, considering the overall cost of our wedding, the communication and support from the venue team was disappointing. Most of our communication revolved around payment deadlines, and they sent an outdated timeline to our vendors, which created unnecessary stress and extra work. Unfortunately, the DJ played the wrong songs during key moments of our wedding, and although we were told our ceremony florals would be moved to the reception, that was never completed. We also noticed several small details were overlooked. For example, the napkins on our reception tables did not all match. At least two napkins at each table were a different color. We also provided clear instructions for our cigar bar to be set out during the reception, but it was placed out during cocktail hour instead. While these may seem like small details individually, together they reflected a larger lack of attention to detail and follow-through. Overall, the venue team did very little to make our wedding day feel personalized or truly special. The fruit tray and champagne in the bridal suite was a thoughtful touch, but beyond that, we often felt like just another event on their calendar rather than a couple celebrating one of the biggest days of our lives. To make matters worse, they forgot to serve my husband and me our dinner. By the time we finally received our meals, we had less than 10 minutes to eat before the next event on the timeline, forcing us to rush through what should have been one of the few quiet moments we had together that day. If you choose San Ramon Waters, know that the venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and it is convenient that many aspects of your wedding are included in their packages. However, be prepared to take the lead on many of the planning details yourself, as the staff provides limited hands-on support (or at least it was for me). While the property is breathtaking, the communication, attention to detail, and overall level of service throughout the planning process and on the wedding day did not reflect the premium price we paid. We truly loved the venue itself and the memories we created there, but the execution and level of service fell well short of our expectations.

Beautiful Venue, Amazing Staff, Seamless Day
San Ramon Waters by Wedgewood Weddings was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first visited, I knew it was where I wanted to get married. The venue itself is beautiful, well maintained, and created such a warm and special atmosphere for our day. The entire team was incredible to work with from start to finish. They were organized, supportive, responsive, and made the planning process feel so much less stressful. I always felt listened to and taken care of, and on the wedding day, they truly helped everything run seamlessly. After the wedding, so many of our friends and family told us not only how beautiful the venue was, but how amazing the staff was. That meant so much to us because it showed how well our guests were cared for, too. We also really appreciated how customizable the packages were and how many options we had to add personal touches while still keeping everything reasonably priced. From the planning team to the vendors, including DJ, florals, and bakery, everything felt easy and coordinated. We are so grateful to the San Ramon Waters team for helping make our wedding day so beautiful, smooth, and memorable. I would absolutely recommend them to other couples.

Magical Experience made by Wedgewood!
From the moment we booked our wedding at San Ramon Waters By Wedgewood Weddings, their communication was timely, thorough, and wonderful. The venue and staff provided the highest quality, elegant experience, and truly gave us the best value for our special day. The Wedgewood team made every moment of our wedding magical, and every staff member was so kind and attentive. The vendors that are paired with San Ramon Wedgewood are top tier! Wedgewood truly made all of our wedding visions come true, and we are forever grateful for the amazing service and beautiful venue they provided.

I was very pleased with the whole process from organizing the event to the day of the event itself. I had an art gallery show and celebration of living. The staff was quick to reply to my emails and generous with their support. The day of the art exhibit the staff was helpful and kind. They kept an eye on me better than my own family, bringing me food and drinks. The food was good and I had 7 passed appetizers and a prime rib carving station. I was so happy and impressed with my choice of venue.

San Ramon Waters By Wedgewood Weddings was a stunning venue for our wedding, but we did experience some minor communication issues that caused a bit of stress at the start of the day. The space itself was truly breathtaking, with its amazing new upgrades and beautiful views. However, there were a few details that weren't properly communicated to us, which led to a bit of a rocky start. Although my bridal party and I had lots to deal with prior to ceremony start, these issues were not something our guests would have seen/noticed. To their credit, the Wedgewood team acknowledged their mistakes and upgraded our bar package to make up for it. Overall, the venue was beautiful and the staff did their best to ensure our day went smoothly, despite the initial hiccups. We would recommend San Ramon Waters to other couples looking for a gorgeous wedding location.
