    Great Venue!

    It was an honor to have gotten married at Belle Chapel. Everything was organized, beautiful, and thoughtful. Sharon is awesome to work with!

‍While it was built as such in 1885, and was home to the United Methodist Church for over a hundred years, this historic treasure has hosted only gatherings and celebrations for nearly 30 years. We look forward to hosting your event!
‍The person performing your ceremony is up to you. Please ask if you need help finding the right person for you and your sweetheart.
‍We have a private parking lot along with ample street parking for your event.
Of course, and please do! Your gathering is an expression of you!
‍Beer, wine, champagne and liquor are welcome with the proper permit and insurance.
Belle Chapel is definitely pet friendly, however we only allow the couple to bring their furry family. Many pets have served as flower dogs, ring bearers, and even the role of best man. We welcome your creativity. Service dogs for any guests are welcome at any time.
While the reception area is, unfortunately the chapel is not. Because Belle Chapel is on the Registry of Historic Places, updates, alterations and additions to the building are not allowed. Please talk with us, as we have come up with some creative ways to navigate the eight steps into the chapel to include loved ones with limited mobility and/or in wheelchairs.
The garden and the chapel grounds are open and available for you to use during your event time.
‍You are welcome to bring and set up your own tents, and heaters, as weather can be unpredictable. Set up and take down are your responsibility and all take down must occur before our latest check out time of 11pm.
Yes! Our website www.BelleChapel.com offers additional photos and information, along with detailed pricing of the venue for your wedding and reception. We also offer elopement type events for couples who are considering a trip to the courthouse.
