Hello! My name is Makenna and I'm the owner of MakennaRené Floral. I've been passionate about flowers since I was young and I’m glad I can use them to brighten people’s days. I’m so blessed to have a career doing something I love!

    Amazing Florals!

    Makenna did an amazing job on our wedding florals. In our meeting beforehand, she asked what our vision was, asked about our budget was, and what floral needs we had. She created a visual representation of the flowers she would use and was open to changes if needed. She understood our vision, and I trusted her to make the florals we wanted for our wedding. Boy, did she deliver. The day of the wedding, she arrived in the timeframe she said she would and got right to work setting up flowers around our venue. She spent hours out in the sun setting up our arch sprays, aisle ties, and table florals. I was blown away by her ability to take an idea and create beautiful floral arrangements. I would 100% use Makenna time and time again.

    MakennaRené Floral was amazing to work with for our wedding! Her communication was 10/10 - she kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we felt confident in her ability to bring our vision to life. The care, passion, and professionalism she poured into her work was shown in the stunning floral arrangements she created for our big day. She went above and beyond, even delivering our bouquets and boutonnieres directly to our hotel before the ceremony and sending us videos and photos of the work at the venue. It was truly magical and brought us to happy tears. We are so grateful!!

    Everyone should hire Makenna!!

    Makenna is an amazing florist and is insanely talented. Her communication was consistent, timely, and professional throughout the entire process. Her work is beautiful and she creates the most stunning arrangements. She is very knowledgeable and helped me decide which flowers would look good. The resulting floral designs were beautiful, luxurious, and everything I wanted and more. Her recommendations were so helpful and her passion for flowers is apparent. We couldn't have been happier with her flower arrangements!

I am currently based in Davie Florida, but I can travel anywhere to do a wedding as long as a fee is paid! This usually will cover gas, car rental, plane tickets, AirBnB rental, etc (depending on how far away your wedding is). My usual travel fee for local weddings is the IRS Standard Mileage Rate, which is $0.70 per mile in 2025.
I will send you a form to fill out that will function as our consultation! Feel free to attach inspiration photos and give me as much detail as you can. I'll then use that information to calculate your quote and create a proposal presentation for you. I prefer to go over these in person, so at that point we'll set up a meeting or call so I can show it to you.
I need two weeks minimum to order your flowers, so I'd recommend inquiring at least a month beforehand. However, 2-12 months before the wedding is preferable!
I have no minimum! I know that flowers are expensive and many people would rather use their funds elsewhere for their wedding. I always do my best to stay within your budget - sometimes that means having only one or two types of flowers involved, but I can usually make it work. If you're looking for the bare minimum (ex. one bridal bouquet), I would plan to spend anywhere from $150-$500.
I can, for an extra fee. Otherwise all the flowers & containers are yours to keep! If you're renting any large structures that I can't easily replace, I'll either A) come break them down for a fee, or B) make plans to meet up with you and get them back after your honeymoon.
