When you work with Hansen Events you get positive and efficient coordinators. Our coordinators can help with design, day-of, full and partial planning. Based on the tasks you would like done, we do personalized packages for each client.

Profesional and Charasmatic
Working with Hansen Weddings and Events was a dream come true. Lily's communication style was fast and personable, which was so much better than dealing with a large corporate business that doesn't prioritize quality communication. Lily's incredible work ethic and ability to execute my vision while keeping my stress levels low were invaluable. She truly felt like a lifelong friend who was by my side making sure nothing went wrong on my special day. Lily's attention to detail and ability to compartmentalize everything ensured I never felt overwhelmed. I cannot recommend Hansen Weddings and Events enough for any couple looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make their day perfect.

I already had almost everything planned and all of my vendors booked so I was on the fence about whether or not I really needed to hire a planner and/or coordinator 2-3 months before my wedding. After having a really bad experience with another wedding coordinator, I was so relieved when Lily from Hansen Weddings and Events reached out to me. She was quick to respond, great at communicating, and incredibly attentive to me and all of my wedding details. Lily even drove all the way down to Orem (equipped with printed copies of all my scatterbrained Google docs and excel sheets lol) to attend my final venue walkthrough, which really helped ease my last minute stresses and worries. Her professionalism, experience/knowledge, and sweet/calm demeanor made me feel so at ease and taken care of throughout the last bits of planning. I'm so grateful Lily stepped in and saved the day :)
Friends Wedding Review
Hansen Weddings and Events was a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. The vendor was there promptly and available to help out and direct the wedding party to the right areas. Their work was solid, contributing to our special day in several ways. They were extremely punctual, which was greatly appreciated. The only gripe was the undecorated wedding arch - I've been to many weddings where a fully ornamental arch was provided, but the one here was simply wood. As a bridesmaid, I was unsure of the communication with the venue beforehand, but the bride had been under the impression that a ready-to-use photographer's arch would be available. We had to make a last-minute trip to the craft store to get it decorated. Overall, Hansen Weddings and Events did a great job and I would recommend them.
Granddaughters wedding
Lily organized a wonderful event with a small amount of time. Everyone had a lovely time and we will remember all of the cherished memories.
