Hi, I’m Victoria—better known as Vee! As the owner of Events by Vee, SLC, I specialize in wedding day coordination, ensuring seamless, stress-free celebrations. Since launching professionally in 2019, I’ve expanded my expertise to include baby showers, birthdays, and special events, crafting memorable moments with a personalized touch. Excited for the next adventure, I can’t wait to bring your vision to life!

As the wedding community continues to grow, our mission is to support couples in creating seamless, stress-free celebrations. Over the next five years, we aim to expand by opening a photo studio or small venue, offering even more tailored services. With a passion for helping couples, we’re committed to making the planning process smooth, enjoyable, and filled with personal touches. Beyond weddings, we look forward to branching out into other special events, strengthening our connection with the local community.

    HIRE VEE

    We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Victoria and Events by Vee! Hiring her for our day-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. As someone who works in the wedding industry myself, it was incredibly hard for me to fully hand over the reins and trust someone else with a day I had spent so much time planning and designing. Victoria made that so easy. From the moment she stepped in, I felt like I could finally stop worrying about timelines, vendors, setup, and all of the little details and actually be present and enjoy our wedding. Our day was everything we dreamed of and more. Victoria kept everything moving, handled things behind the scenes that Anthony and I never even had to know about, and made sure the vision I had spent so long creating actually came to life. I cannot explain how valuable it was to look around on our wedding day and simply enjoy it instead of feeling like I needed to manage anything. She was organized, calm, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about us and our experience. Our wedding felt seamless, and so much of that was because we knew Victoria had everything handled.     Every Bride Needs a Victoria

    Victoria is pure magic. I can honestly say she was the best money we spent on our wedding. She took what could have been a stressful, overwhelming day and made it feel effortless. Because of her, I was able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and focus on marrying my best friend instead of worrying about timelines, vendors, or logistics. After our wedding, I told my husband that when our children get married someday, a wedding coordinator will be one of the gifts we give them because of the impact Victoria had on our experience. That’s how much we believe every couple deserves the peace of mind she provides. Our wedding was even better than we imagined, and we have Victoria to thank for so much of that. She is worth every penny and then some. We couldn’t recommend her and her team more highly!

Yes! As the owner, I’m involved in the planning process and can be onsite, but depending on the event, another experienced planner from my team may oversee the day-of coordination. Rest assured, every detail will be handled with the same care and expertise.
There is a chance we could have another wedding the same weekend, but not on the same day. We take pride in offering personalized attention to every couple, ensuring each wedding is planned and executed with the utmost care, creativity, and professionalism. No matter the schedule, your special day will receive our full dedication.
We offer a range of packages, including full planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination. Our services cover vendor management, timeline creation, design consultation, logistics coordination, and on-site support, ensuring a stress-free and seamless experience.
We have trusted vendor recommendations, but are happy to work with any vendors that align with your vision and budget. Our priority is ensuring the best fit for your style and needs.
With experience and preparation, we proactively manage any surprises, whether it be a vendor delay, weather challenges, or last-minute adjustments, to ensure everything runs smoothly without disrupting your experience.
Ideally, 6-12 months in advance for full planning, but we also accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability. Day-of coordination can be booked closer to the wedding date.
