We are a full service wedding planning, styling, and floral company based just outside of the Salt Lake area. Our goal is to deliver the wedding of your dreams. Whether you are looking for full-service planning or expert assistance to ensure the smooth running of your celebration, the Wedding Expectations team has you covered. With an extensive rental inventory, project management software, and in house floral design, we help make the planning process seamless. In business since 2007, we have helped to plan over 200 weddings across the greater Salt Lake City area, we also service Southern Utah and Bear Lake areas.

We have affordable packages and we offer in house floral design. We offer a range of wedding packages; from coordination to full service planning, and event design. Packages can be tailored to your particular needs.

Description

This package includes venue tours and selection based on style and budget.

This package begins immediately after you have chosen your venue, to help with all of the planning up until wedding day and we will be there to make sure everything goes as planned.

Our coordination package begins 3 months before the wedding to make sure you do not miss a thing! We take over all vendor communication, create, and distribute the timeline to your vendors. Includes decor setup and tear down at the end.

    I worked with Wedding Expectations for both planning and floral services for our wedding in Park City, UT and had a great experience across both services, I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Utah! Planning - Samantha was fantastic at helping us plan and execute our wedding. She was timely in her communication throughout the entire process - she always responded to my emails within 1-2 days and was always available to jump on a call to talk about whatever I needed to discuss. I also thought all of the vendors she recommended were very high quality, which was critical for us because we were planning this wedding from out of state. She is also detail oriented and calm, which are two qualities that are critical for this job! On the day of our wedding, Samantha took care of everything in terms of vendor arrivals, set up, and tear down. She even handed out blankets to our guests when it started to get chilly in the evening! Floral - I was extremely impressed with the florals that Wedding Expectations did for us. The style that I requested was somewhat unique and was a bit different from most of the pictures that Wedding Expectations had on their website (less greenery than normal and somewhat whimsical, for example). Despite the more unique design, the W.E. team really listened to what I was looking for and executed wonderfully. Rebecca also made some suggestions during the design process about certain flower types to add and remove which also really improved the outcome. Lastly, when it was raining during our wedding day set up, the W.E. team ensured the outdoor flowers were not damaged.

She was professional, experienced, and super dialed in to the details, communication, and flow on our wedding day. Our coordination package begins at 3 months before the wedding, so that we are fully aware of all of your details and are adequately prepared for your wedding day. We will be in contact with all of your vendors before the wedding as well, to make sure everyone is on the same page. But also, to relieve you of some of those last-minute details and stress.
First, we offer in house florals as well, which helps to streamline your entire vision and one less vendor to communicate with. Second, we have a large inventory of decor available to you which again helps makes things easier. Lastly, we have a large team so you can be assured that your event will be flawless. We can create custom packages to suit your needs.
We can customize a package to suit your needs from the beginning. Or if you chose one package and need to ad on to it later, we can do that! Our services include coordination, help with event design, full service planning, floral design, and much more.
Every couple has different needs, communication styles, and personalities. In order to better serve you, once you have decided we are the company for you we start with a questionnaire to get to know you a little better. From there we do our best to meet your expectations throughout our time together. We do not put time restraints on our communication with you, we are here to help make your process easier!
