    The BEST Wedding Coordinator

    Lucy and the Wingwoman team are truly amazing! She was a complete game changer is helping us plan for our wedding and execute day of. She handled so many logistics that were happening behind the scenes that I wasn’t even aware of! She is such a kind and warm person but also does not mess around when she needs to be firm and organized! She was instrumental in making our wedding day happen seamlessly and was the absolute best money we spent on our wedding day. We love Lucy and HIGHLY recommend her!!!

    The Wingwoman team was the best!! Lucy was extremely helpful with building our timeline, making sure we were on track, and not missing any details. Mallory executed everything flawlessly the day of the wedding. I was stress free leading up to the wedding knowing that I wasn’t missing anything, and I was stress free on wedding day knowing the Wingwoman team had my back and would take care of any issues. I can’t recommend them enough and can’t imagine doing it without them!!

    Wingwoman weddings is the best!

    Lucy brings all of the organization and inspiration needed for planning/executing your dream wedding, without any of the unnecessary stress or rules that often cloud the experience. She will bring whatever you dream up to life. Couldn't recommend her more!

    Could Not Have Done It Without Her

    Our wedding could not have happened without Wingwoman Weddings there to help us! We got married at the Alta Peruvian Lodge which requires your own set up but allows for more flexibility. Lucy and her team helped set up all of our decor and break it down. She met with us multiple times before hand, made a detailed schedule, coordinated with our vendors, kept our families in line, and ran the show with firmness while keeping it fun. Even when the power went out she helped with a back up plan. Her staff was amazing too!

    Definitely our wingwoman!

    Lucy was incredible and from 12 months out when we booked her I felt like she had it all under control. It was so amazing to have someone to ask questions as the planning was going on. She validated me and the strange roller coaster of emotions that comes with wedding planning and made me feel normal. It was incredible to see the big day after all the months of planning. She definitely created my dream vision and the decor was perfect! Nailed it 100%. We did an entirely blank venue and everything had to be DIY or created, it was heavy lift for Lucy and us in the preparation and it all came together beautifully and our guests said it was perfect as well. Couldn't recommend Lucy enough for your day-of coordinator.

Our first in-person planning meeting, where we dive deep into your vision and begin building your wedding timeline, typically takes place about six months before your wedding day. From there, we work together to keep everything on track and ensure your day unfolds seamlessly.
