We take a customized approach for each client - if you want to be involved with speaking to vendors throughout each step or if you want us to handle all the conversations - if you want guidance on design and styling or if you want us to design it and surprise you! This package includes our inventory that is valued over $1500 - free to use for your wedding. | This package is for couples that are looking to do about 50% of the wedding work and need guidance for the rest. We provide a customized approach with each couple for this package. We'll help with RSVP Management, Timeline, Searing, Vendor Contracts, some Design, Rehearsal management, and day-of coordination tasks. This package includes our inventory that is valued over $1500 - free to use for your wedding. | This is package is for couples that have fully planned their wedding - from selecting vendors, finding the venue, and have a general sense of their timeline. We have two consultation calls to create a detailed timeline, talk about how you want your decor setup, how you want the day of your wedding to go, and what teardown will look like. Peter is an excellent event planner and helped my partner Jesse and I get every last detail sorted for our wedding in July. We hired Peter for his day-of coordination services, and it was so worth it, we were able to enjoy the day, stress-free!

Above and Beyond Every Step of the Way
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From our very first conversation 9 months before our wedding, [Name] was there for us every step of the way. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but he consistently made us feel supported, informed, and completely taken care of. No question was too small, no concern went unanswered, and he always made himself available whenever we needed guidance. What truly set him apart was everything he did leading up to and during our wedding weekend. The day before and the day of our wedding, he went far above and beyond what we ever expected from a wedding planner. He coordinated our vendors seamlessly, handled countless details behind the scenes, solved problems before we even knew they existed, and kept everything running smoothly. Most importantly, he brought our vision to life better than we could have imagined. Because of him, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day without worrying about logistics or timelines. His professionalism, organization, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. The biggest testament to how incredible he was? My wedding party talked about him for three days after the wedding. Every conversation included compliments about how attentive, organized, professional, and genuinely caring he was. He made everyone feel comfortable, kept things on track, and somehow managed to make the entire day feel effortless. A great wedding planner helps execute a wedding. An exceptional wedding planner creates an experience and gives you the gift of being able to truly enjoy it. That’s exactly what he did for us. We are endlessly grateful for everything he did and cannot recommend him highly enough. Looking back, I truly can’t imagine our wedding day without him.

Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!
My wife had to convince me to hire Peter, because we were really trying to keep our wedding on a tight budget. During the wedding, though, it quickly became clear to me that we would not have been able to pull off our vision without him. He takes care of all of the things that stress you out, removing them from your full plate and handling them independently. But more than that, his expertise and professionalism mean that he also takes care of things you never even think of. I remember one moment this became really clear to me was when we were standing at the top of the aisle, ready for our walk, and he was coordinating with the DJ to make sure music was looped to allow it to sync with the walk, but also that the music got switched at the right time for the groom to start my walk. I never would have had the forethought to run through those contingencies. He was in close contact with all of our other vendors, helping everything run smoothly. After the wedding, I realized there were a few things that he discretely took care of (like when some of our decorations broke in transport, he went out and bought new ones without bothering us with questions or asking permission), so I'm sure there's dozens of other things I didn't even notice. He's a no-fuss guy who gets the job done, has a calming presence (in planning zoom meetings, over text, and in person), is attentive without being demanding (he was always at hand when we needed him, but was never hovering or in our intimate space), and is very warm and kind. He also had lots of excellent advice and ideas (ask him about the "post-ceremony, Bride and Groom moment to themselves"), but is also flexible and always reiterates that they're suggestions only, and he is there to make our vision real. I'm so, so glad we hired him, it was one of the best decisions we made while planning the wedding. I highly recommend him, I can't say enough good things about how he helped us in so many ways. Peter was the backbone of our wedding event! From the earliest conversations to the final fading candle at the end of our reception, every detail carried the unmistakable signature of care. Peter is AMAZING!
Working with Peter was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I honestly don’t think I could have managed the day without him and his incredible team. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Peter genuinely cares about his couples and takes so much pride in what he does. He was on top of every single detail; logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, rehearsal management, and décor setup; everything ran flawlessly. I shared my vision for a cozy, chic fall wedding, and he brought it to life even better than I imagined. Every space looked stunning, every transition felt effortless, and it was all because of his attention to detail and calm, organized presence. On top of that, Peter went above and beyond by MC’ing our reception since we didn’t have a DJ, and he was amazing at it! He kept the night flowing perfectly and our guests absolutely adored him. Multiple people came up to us to say how kind, professional, and fun he was to work with. What truly stood out to me was how much heart he puts into everything. He listened, supported, and executed every part of our day with such care. He even picked up all of our décor beforehand and dropped it off after the wedding, which was such a lifesaver for us. Peter is more than just a coordinator, he’s the person who turns your dream into reality and makes sure you actually get to enjoy it. I can’t recommend him enough to any couple looking for a planner who’s not only exceptional at what he does, but also just an amazing human being.
