All coordination and planning packages include 8 hours of on-site service on the wedding day. Additional hours can be added if needed!
Wedding Management (Coordination) clients receive 1 Lead Coordinator + 1 Assistant on the big day. An additional assistant can be added on as needed! Planning Clients (Partial or Full) receive 1 Lead Coordinator + 2 Assistants to help manage all the moving parts.
Nope! We only take one event per day, so you’ll have our full attention and energy—no split schedules or rushed timelines.
Unlike many planners who start 4-6 weeks out, we begin supporting you from the moment you book. You’ll have access to vendor guidance, timeline questions, and general coordination advice throughout your engagement.
Yes! We love destination weddings and are happy to travel. Travel, accommodations, meals, and mileage ($0.75/mile) will be billed as incurred.
Absolutely. We know every wedding is unique. Let’s chat about your vision and we’ll create a custom proposal that fits your style, guest count, and planning needs.
I’m happy to work with any venue, from traditional reception halls and LDS cultural centers to barns, parks, and backyard spaces. If I haven’t worked at your venue before, I’ll do a walkthrough ahead of time to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Planning involves support throughout the entire process—budgeting, design, vendor sourcing, and more. Coordination (also called wedding management) is for couples who’ve done most of the planning and need a professional to bring everything together in the final stretch and execute the big day.
Yes! Additional time can be added to any package at an hourly rate, so if your wedding has special timing needs or a longer event schedule, we’ll make sure you’re covered.
Even the most organized couples benefit from having someone else run the show. We take over the logistics and vendor communication, so you, your family, and your friends can relax and enjoy the moment—not worry about setup, timing, or problem-solving.
While we don’t stock décor or rentals, I’m happy to connect you with trusted vendors or work with décor you’ve provided yourself (especially great for DIYers!). We’re here to set it up beautifully and bring your vision to life.
I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date—especially for peak seasons. I only take one event per day, so availability can book up quickly.
