I've been navigating the WI wedding industry since starting Redwoods in 2023. Before that, my love for events came from working at a winery in Napa, California. I'm here to help you with the chaotic parts of planning; navigating your budget, choosing the right vendors, staying on track with planning progress, and of course, managing the entire event day of (and everything in between). When I'm not in office, you can find me walking my dogs, reading a book, finding a fun craft class or restaurant to visit with my husband Alex (yes we have the same name) or traveling.
We are bold, fun and unapologetic. We keep things fresh, while sticking to what we know works. We advocate for our couples like they are family, and make sure that we are planning an event that is nothing but the very best. Hire us because you want advocates AND a pretty wedding.

Redwood Weddings was our best vendor decision!
If I could give any couple one piece of advice for their wedding it would be to book with Redwood. Alex is so good at her job it's remarkable, it's actually impossible to enumerate everything she did for us. Alex (and Hannah!) did day-of-coordination for us and having her input and advice the months leading up to our wedding was AMAZING. Any issue we had, Alex was there to talk us through it and give guidance. We would only have to describe something to her once and she would "just get it" and be able to execute flawlessly. Every decision she made day-of (because there will ALWAYS be some small decisions that have to be made) was better executed than if we had thought about how to do it ourselves. One of our only regret in working with Alex was that we didn't just have her do full-planning for us. Cannot recommend Redwood's enough, you'll be in the most experienced and safest hands possible.

There are NO WORDS to describe how amazing Redwood Weddings was to work with leading up to our wedding. Alex was incredibly helpful during the planning process in answering my random questions and giving advice. Our lead coordinator, Katie, who I called my "emotional support animal" lead us through the final 3 months of planning with ease, to ensure that our day was executed flawlessly with our experience as well as the guest logistics/experience in mind. On the wedding day, she was worth her weight in gold- she made my vision come to life, ensured that I was stress-free all day, and was such a kind and calming presence that even my family members took note on how amazing she was! I would recommend Redwood Weddings to everyone and my dream wedding would have never been possible without them throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about these amazing ladies. Book them, you won't regret it!!!

Hire Redwood Weddings for your big day!
Hiring Alex for full service planning was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. We worked together for nearly two years and throughout that time, she was organized, detail-oriented, and helped us curate a rehearsal, welcome party, and wedding that our guests still rave about. She made us feel comfortable throwing around our crazy ideas from day one and helped us tailor them into a vision. On our wedding day, Alex made sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing and truly made us feel like we were the guests of honor. It was amazing knowing we had someone we trusted 100% to advocate for us throughout the planning process & on our wedding day. Alex helped bring our vision to life even better than we could have imagined. We can confidently say that the weekend would not have been so perfect without her overseeing it all. She’s the best in the biz and we recommend her without question!

We worked with Katie at Redwood Weddings for wedding management/day-of coordination and are so glad we booked this service. Throughout the process, Katie was calm, reassuring, reliable, and level-headed, and was the perfect match for us! Katie managed our sometimes chaotic, procrastinator approach to wedding planning, honoring all of our ideas and preferences and offered the perfect advice and structure when needed. She did a ton of work behind the scenes leading up to the day as well as throughout the wedding day to make everything flow effortlessly. We were able to be completely present throughout our day - completely stress-free. From making a much-needed morning-of itinerary for the groom, to re-arranging ceremony chairs according to a picky bride's preference, Katie knew exactly what we needed and perfectly balanced the necessities of a wedding with honoring our unique personalities and wishes. We would recommend Katie and Redwood a million times over and are so grateful this team helped us bring our wedding to life!

Katie is the absolute best!!!
Our wedding day would have been a complete horror without Katie! Katie was not only super helpful, resourceful, and available prior to our wedding day, but she was the calm in the literal storm on our wedding day. We were originally planning on having our ceremony outside as the radar was clear and she knew this was my ultimate goal, but plans quickly changed at the beginning of the ceremony. Our indoor space was already set up for the reception, but her and her team had it flipped, guests sat, and looking absolutely BEAUTIFUL within 10 minutes. She killed that and also ensured my husband and I were totally taken care of all day, whether that be eating, drinking water (and booze of course), and feeling good with how things were going. When I look back on our wedding day, I know it all went so well because of Katie! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
