This package is intended for couples seeking professional music services. Professional emcee services, wedding coordination, timeline management, and more extensive planning and consultation are offered in our higher-tier packages. Throughout the planning process, we provided a detailed written contract, which was reviewed and signed prior to your wedding. We also sent monthly invoices clearly describing the package you selected and the services included. In addition, you were provided with a DJ planning worksheet to document your music preferences, special songs, and event details, and our DJ reached out before the wedding to prepare based on the information provided. The level of planning, communication, and service provided was consistent with the Basic Wedding DJ Package you selected. Your review recommends that future couples "get everything in writing," and we completely agree. Clear communication is important, which is why every couple receives a written contract, written invoices detailing the selected package and services, and written planning documents before their wedding day. Your requested songs for your formal moments, including your first dance and other key reception events, were played as requested. During open dancing, guest requests were also accepted, which is our standard practice unless a couple specifically requests otherwise. Had you requested that only your submitted playlist be played, we would have gladly honored that request. We encourage every couple to carefully review the package they select so they fully understand the services included and choose the option that best matches the experience they envision. Each of our packages is designed to accommodate different budgets and expectations, with our higher-tier packages providing additional planning, coordination, consultation, and emcee services for couples seeking a more guided wedding experience.
