    Don’t skip out on Indigo Moon Events!

    Dusti was absolutely incredible as our day-of wedding coordinator! From the first time we met with Dusti, she was calm, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She handled every detail with such kindness and professionalism, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about a thing. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made such a difference. One of the most amazing parts was seeing our reception venue. Dusti took our vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded anything we could have imagined. Every detail was beautifully arranged, and the space looked even more perfect than we had dreamed. Dusti made sure that we got to enjoy some time alone together in our reception space with our favorite drink, the hors d'oeuvres, and most importantly, each other. It was such a simple gesture and moment, but it meant so much to us. Dusti truly understands that it's the little moments that make a wedding so special. We are so grateful for everything Dusti did to make our wedding day unforgettable. She was always there when we needed her, anticipated things before we even had to ask, and made us feel completely taken care of. If you're looking for someone who is kind, dependable, organized, and truly passionate about creating a beautiful experience, we cannot recommend Dusti (Indigo Moon Events) enough!

    Having a day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Choosing Dusti made it even better. From meeting her at the Wonderful World of Weddings to saying goodbye to her on our wedding night, every interaction was positive , professional, and energetic.  Having her there felt like having a friend rather than a wedding vendor in all the best ways.  Her attention to detail and organization was unparalleled. I didn’t have a worry in the world knowing she was there to manage our day.  I would highly recommend her to be part of any bride and groom’s day!

    Stop Your Search Dusti is EVERYTHING

    Indigo Moon Events/Dusti was THE best investment we made into our wedding day. We used Dusti for planning and day of coordination. Dusti was able to bring my fragmented ideas into the most beautiful wedding day. She created a couple of vision boards for us to choose from and then helped us plan each detail. Our day was magical, stress free, and actually perfect- all thanks to Dusti. We don't have too many pictures of our decor yet, but I'll attach some of my favs!

    Highly Recommend!!!

    Where to begin with how much Dusti made our wedding day and made our vision come to life. When I told her that I was envisioning a lot of greenery like when we hiked in Olympic National Park in Washington and a Lord of the Rings essence she knew exactly what I was talking about! She made communication easy and personable with videos chats online if we could not meet in person. She made a mood board that was very detailed to make sure we were on the same page which was extremely helpful. She had items we could rent and also helped guide us on what to purchase. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets she made me instantly brought me to tears they were so beautiful. Honestly everything she made was so unique and special which was exactly what we were looking for. We wish we found her sooner in our wedding planning because she is incredible! The amount of stress she took off our shoulders was immense. She reached out to all the vendors to relay the timeline, she set up all the decorations for the ceremony site and took those down to bring to the reception site. Also decorated the reception site, set up the memorial table, guest book and gift table....then took down the decorations at the end of the reception and made sure they got to a safe place with our family or us. She set up our rented photobooth which is above and beyond what she had to do (packed that up as well) . Also, shout out to her assistant that day Samantha who is pregnant. Thank you!! Overall, I highly recommend Dusti. She was constantly in communication and made sure we could always reach her every step of the way. She is so incredibly talented, completely professional and her creativity and diligence did not go unnoticed. I can't thank her enough for making our wedding day so special.

    Amazing designer!

    I am the mother of the Bride and Dusti could not have been more amazing! The wedding was exactly what my daughter was envisioning! So easy to work with and great communication. She will not disappoint. She did the entire set up and take down. Then loaded everything where it needed to go so no one had to worry. Plus she is super nice. Could not be more happier!

I am your leading lady so you will be directly working with me, but all coordination packages include 1 additional assistant at no extra charge based on your guest count.
Absolutely, all of your packages are customizable for your needs. Showers, rehearsal dinners, you name it!
Most packages include at least 2 in person planning meetings if not more, but we are a company who believes communication is key and know how important all those little questions can be when planning a wedding. So anytime you need us we are a text, email, or phone call away.
Most of the time we only take one wedding a weekend but September and October are our busiest booking months so these weekends can be doubled up.
Yes, we understand every event, location, wedding, and need is different, so our packages are flexible and customizable. Scheduling a consultation allows us the opportunity to learn about your needs and adjust packages accordingly.
As soon as possible! We love being part of your journey from the very beginning — not just a month or week before. Being there for the full planning process means we can guide you through decisions, answer every question that comes up, and understand every detail of your day.
