Dusti Cameron, owner of Indigo Moon Events, has an eye for detail, design, and color. She loves when clients give her the freedom to create but also loves the challenge of executing a precise detailed vision. Her joy and passion stems from helping her clients create and curate their dream events. Dusti wants every event to be as unique as the client and as special as that once in a blue moon kind of love. Indigo Moon Events strives to produce events that are planned, curated, and executed to perfection.

This service is for clients planning more intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests. Covers all aspects of event planning from venue booking, choosing vendors, designing, staging, sourcing décor, tracking RSVPs, & working under shorter deadlines.. Included in this package, unlimited communication, meetings, and covers the entire time from when you book until the end of event day.

This service is for clients planning a larger wedding of 50 or more guests. Covers all aspects of event planning from venue booking, choosing vendors, designing, staging, sourcing décor, and tracking RSVPs. This package combines all of our Planning & Design services into one. Fully Customizable

Assistance styling your event with customized mood board. Selecting colors & party fashion. Curating decorations and crafting unique designs. Includes 2 meetings for shopping, crafting and unlimited communication.

Day of-$1600 Coordination of rehearsal. Set-up & tear down of all decorations. Orchestration of ceremony. Direction of vendors, deliveries, guests. Assisting bridal party preparations. Detailed time keeping Unlimited hours wedding day. Month of -$2000 Includes “Day of Coordination”. Extra inclusions are assisting RSVPs. Confirming vendor, meetings, arrivals, and contacts. Full detailed itinerary for event day. Unlimited communication.

    If I can give one tip to any bride, it would be to hire Dusti for DOC. I had been contemplating if I needed to hire a day or coordinator, and this by far was one the best decisions I had made. I was able to fully enjoy my day, knowing we were in great hands. Dusti was amazing to work with from start to finish. She helped make sure all things that I hadn’t thought of were addressed beforehand, came With for my final walk through making sure that everything possible was handled and addressed the week of, and she put out so many little fires for us the day of that I never even knew about until the next day. After all the stress of planning a wedding, it was so nice to get to the day off and know that everything was taken care of and I had the best team to help us enjoy the day. Thank you Dusti and Indigo Moon Events!!!

    Dusti from the beginning of the planning process to the end of our wedding day went above and beyond for us. She checked in regularly during the process and was there to help with anything we needed. The day of the wedding we gave her creative freedom with our decorations and they turned out better than we could have ever imagined. We had torn suits that she was able to fix and make them look like nothing happened and we had some unruly bridesmaids that she handled with ease and class. Dusti was truly the savor of our day and helped everything run as effortlessly as possible so we could just enjoy our day and not worry about anything. She has helped with our friends wedding as well and we would always recommend her as she is amazing!

    Indigo Moon Events is the BEST at managing all of the details that can be overwhelming for couples planning and pulling off a wedding. As a wedding vendor myself, I get to collaborate with Dusti quite often, and I see her bring organization, calm and joy to every couples’ big day every time.
