Whether you are just beginning to plan your wedding, or your big day is just around the corner, having an extra support person in your corner is always a great idea. Planning a wedding can be stressful at times, and for some brides, they don’t even know where to begin. I am here to help you at whatever level of assistance you might need! From picking a wedding date and a venue, and setting a budget, all the way to the big day - structuring the timeline and overseeing + managing your big day. All you need to do is show up and get married! Let me worry about the rest.

In addition to helping you through all of the fine details of planning your dream wedding, I also prioritize your mental health! Encouraging rest, helping you set boundaries, and teaching you how to delegate and say "no," my main goal is getting you to the altar STRESS FREE.

Consider me your wedding coach! As your Partial Planner, we will work together to plan YOUR wedding, YOUR way... just with a professional voice in your ear to guide you along. I'll be with you every step of the way, from vendor selection to the last song on the dance floor!

Day-of-Coordinator? More like TWO MONTHS of Coordination!! We'll be working together intensively for 8 weeks to build a cohesive timeline, and share communications among vendors and your wedding party. Coordination includes leading rehearsal, and 8-12 hours of wedding day management.

    Like 295K others (and counting), I am an avid follower of Plus One Planning on TikTok. I was so excited to see Meredith offers virtual design consultations for couples not located in WI, like myself. I was struggling with how to translate my personality and likes into a design vision for a super unique venue that isn't often used for weddings. Meredith was MORE than up for the challenge! For a very affordable price, I received a full Pinterest board of ideas, a 2-page PDF to give to florists and other vendors, and a 60-min video chat where I could pick her brain and learn about the rationale behind her choices. I was blown away by how much she 'nailed it' simply from reading my questionnaire and never having met me! Her recommendations were spot on and really helped provide the clarity and assurance I needed at the middle stage of wedding planning. The sky is the limit for Meredith and I feel so fortunate I got to work with her at this moment in her career. Highly recommend a virtual design consultation to any brides looking for help putting the pieces together OR for those with a bit of decision fatigue/paralysis!

    Brining Plus One Planning LLC on board for our wedding was actually the BEST decision we made. Meredith is a top notch professional. She knows all of the things wedding, event, and planning related, and she is ready to tailor it to your preferences. Big banger, small and intimate, any-budget, eco friendly, dog inclusive, you name it - she wants to know what YOU want, who you are, and she will support you to bring about your wedding in its truest form. We loved that she believes there is no right or wrong type of wedding - only your wedding! She helped us navigate what was important to us (local vendors, intimate celebration, nods to our dogs, relaxed atmosphere but elegant vibe), made sure we didn't miss any details or deadlines between planning and vendors, and was there to communicate and support us throughout the whole process. To this day one of my favorite things she did for us was create a beautiful color pallet for us to provide our families to help inspire their attire choices! She is so creative. Then on the day of she acted in her role as the "day-of-coordinator", something that I wish every couple had for their big day. It made all the difference. We didn't bat an eyelash, wonder, or worry. Everything was seen to, taken care of, and the day rolled on according to plan. Meredith made sure everything was lined up in advance: agenda, helpers, vendor arrivals, etc and her execution of the day was flawless. We were able to enjoy our day and EXPERIENCE our day without having to worry about logistics. To top it off, she is just good people. She is genuine, kind, and caring. She not only talks about taking care of our mental health during the wedding planning process, but she walks the walk. She provided us a great example and support for easing normal anxieties, navigating the array of emotions that comes with big life events, and someone to bounce ideas off when we just needed a little affirmation that yes. Wedding planning was seriously stress FREE, our wedding went off without a hitch, and we owe these things to our legend of a planner and friend - Meredith of Plus One Planning LLC. I would recommend her variety of services to anyone and everyone who will listen. We could not have done it without her!

    I followed Meredith and Plus One Planning on TikTok and saved all of her videos before realizing she worked in my area. I knew that as a type A bride I would need a coordinator who I could trust to be as detail oriented as me. Meredith made everything leading up to my day a breeze and answered all my questions that I had, no matter how small they were. The day went so well and all of my guests and family complimented me on how smoothly everything went (even when the weather didn’t cooperate). Having Meredith as my wedding coordinator was THE best decision!

    Wow! We have been in the wedding business for over a decade and have the honor of working with so many fantastic vendors. We instantly knew Plusoneplanning was a shining star! She had everything handled on a a day when everything wanted to start to come apart at the seams. She has a C photogenic memory and called eve being by name!! I thought she was related to the bride and groom! Need a little something?! Anything!? She literally had it in her “kit”. She took care of everyone’s needs including other vendors. She is dynamo and we would work with her every wedding. Any bride and groom that gets her on their day can be confident she has their best interest at heart. Her passion for the wedding industry is amazing and that is who you want in your corner on your big day! We look forward to working with her again!!
