Whether you are just beginning to plan your wedding, or your big day is just around the corner, having an extra support person in your corner is always a great idea. Planning a wedding can be stressful at times, and for some brides, they don’t even know where to begin. I am here to help you at whatever level of assistance you might need! From picking a wedding date and a venue, and setting a budget, all the way to the big day - structuring the timeline and overseeing + managing your big day. All you need to do is show up and get married! Let me worry about the rest.

In addition to helping you through all of the fine details of planning your dream wedding, I also prioritize your mental health! Encouraging rest, helping you set boundaries, and teaching you how to delegate and say "no," my main goal is getting you to the altar STRESS FREE.

Consider me your wedding coach! As your Partial Planner, we will work together to plan YOUR wedding, YOUR way... just with a professional voice in your ear to guide you along. I'll be with you every step of the way, from vendor selection to the last song on the dance floor!

Event Management services include 6 weeks of comprehensive planning. In our weekly meetings, we'll create your cohesive timeline, and share communications among vendors and your wedding party. Coordination includes leading rehearsal, and 8-12 hours of wedding day management.

    Meredith is my literal wedding fairy godmother!! I followed her on TikTok and KNEW that whenever my then-boyfriend and I got engaged she would be the PERFECT coordinator to work with. She took the time to understand what was important to me and my now-husband, was so sweet and understanding and handled our entire day so kindly, so professionally and so calmly. I literally do not know what I would have done without her. I cannot reccommend her enough!!! She truly made it the best day ever.

    Meredith was seriously the best coordinator ever! She was so helpful, attentive, professional, and just a joy to be around. I was extremely confident in everything throughout the whole day because she was there. There was an issue with my husband’s flower, and I had no clue until the next day because she improvised and created one herself. I only have the most positive things to say about her and anyone would be lucky to work with her. Not to mention how helpful she was in the process leading up to our big day.     Meredith was amazing! Her attention to detail and calm presence made our wedding day seamless and stress-free. From planning to execution, everything was handled perfectly. I know a few hiccups happened on my wedding day (eg the arbor falling over in the wind!) but I didn’t know about it until it was already fixed. Perfect! Meredith was always there to comfort and reassure us throughout the whole process, ensuring we could fully enjoy our special day. Highly recommend for a flawless wedding experience!

    Like 295K others (and counting), I am an avid follower of Plus One Planning on TikTok. I was so excited to see Meredith offers virtual design consultations for couples not located in WI, like myself. I was struggling with how to translate my personality and likes into a design vision for a super unique venue that isn't often used for weddings. Meredith was MORE than up for the challenge! For a very affordable price, I received a full Pinterest board of ideas, a 2-page PDF to give to florists and other vendors, and a 60-min video chat where I could pick her brain and learn about the rationale behind her choices. I was blown away by how much she 'nailed it' simply from reading my questionnaire and never having met me! Her recommendations were spot on and really helped provide the clarity and assurance I needed at the middle stage of wedding planning. The sky is the limit for Meredith and I feel so fortunate I got to work with her at this moment in her career.
