This premium package is for the couple who wishes to partner with a highly experienced EventScape Inc. Luxury Wedding Planner every step of the way, from the moment the planning begins up until the day of the event, typically a six month to one year process.

For the couple who has done the “basics”— selecting a venue and a few key vendors—but needs assistance identifying the rest of the team and pulling it all together, then this package is for you! Consultation services begin 12 to 16 weeks prior to your wedding day with our team coordinating all vendor communications, logistics and on-site support.

Perfect for the couple who has finalized all of the planning but needs help transitioning the details to their wedding day, this package begins with services starting four to six weeks prior to your big day, with our team coordinating all vendor communications, logistics and on-site support!

    Ann Marie is an exceptional event orchestrator. I've been with Kehoe Designs for 20 years designing luxury events and weddings with her, and in that time, I've not come across another person that is as professional, exquisitely organized, and talented as a manager of details as she is. If you are looking for someone to work with that will be an advocate for you but will also "handle it" when it comes to your event or wedding, I urge you not to look further. In my opinion, the goal of a wedding or event planner is to navigate you through all the tough decisions and make your life easier. Ann Marie will do that for you in spades.
