For nearly a decade, we've helped couples in Chicago and beyond plan celebrations that feel thoughtful, welcoming, and deeply personal. Through calm leadership, clear communication, and genuine care, we help our couples move through the planning process with confidence while staying focused on the people, moments, and memories that matter most.

While beautiful design and seamless logistics are important, we never lose sight of what weddings are truly about: people. Our couples often tell us that the greatest value of working together was having a trusted expert in their corner - someone anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring they could be fully present throughout the experience. In addition to wedding planning, we also offer travel advisory services, allowing us to support everything from guest accommodations and destination weddings to honeymoons and future milestone trips long after the wedding day is over.

We offer full-service planning for destination weddings, guiding every detail from location selection through multi-day event execution. With a background in luxury travel planning and experience working with international hotel teams, we bring a thoughtful, guest-focused approach to planning in unfamiliar environments—ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want the confidence of professional execution. In the weeks leading up to the celebration, we organize final details, confirm vendor logistics, and build the master timeline.     Fabulous and flawless wedding planner!

    Working with Grace from Sustainable Soirées was a game-changer for our wedding planning process. From day one, Grace was prompt and thorough in her communication, keeping everything organized so we never felt lost or stressed. When our bus transportation fell through last minute, she jumped into action, handled all the logistics, and even got us a refund, we barely had to think about it. On the day of our wedding, her and her assistant Alanna managed every detail seamlessly, so much so that many of our guests told us it was the most flawlessly executed wedding they'd ever attended. What really stood out was how personalized their approach felt; they made the process easy and enjoyable, not overwhelming. We'd recommend Sustainable Soirées to any Chicago couple looking for a planner who actually cares and knows their stuff!!

    Grace Went Above and Beyond Every Step of the Way

    Grace was absolutely incredible leading up to and on the day of our wedding. From the very beginning, she was so organized, prepared, and proactive. All of our vendors even commented on how impressed they were with the detailed questions she asked and how smoothly everything was coordinated. When our original rehearsal dinner venue unexpectedly fell through, Grace immediately stepped in and quickly found us a replacement, taking so much stress off our shoulders. On the wedding day, Grace and Alanna were beyond attentive and truly had everything handled. Our shuttle bus arrived late, and before I even had to think about it, they had already worked out a refund with the company for us. They passed out all of our vendor tips, kept the entire day running seamlessly, and even charged my phone when they noticed it was about to die. I genuinely could not have survived the day without Grace and Alanna. They allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment knowing everything was under control. We are so incredibly grateful for everything they did and cannot recommend them enough!

    Thank You, Bristol!

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about Bristol and Sustainable Soirées. My (now!) husband and I are both graduate students in Los Angeles, and there is simply no way we could have planned our wedding from a distance without her. From day one, we knew we had made the right decision, and that feeling was confirmed again and again over the sixteen months we worked together. Bristol went absolutely above and beyond, keeping everything organized, calm, and on track throughout the entire process. What really set her apart was her attention to detail and her commitment to making our vision real, even in ways I thought might not be possible. For example, she created the most adorable café-style table setup for a private moment after our ceremony, something I had assumed we wouldn’t be able to pull off. Seeing it come together on the day was such a surprise that I nearly cried (again). Bristol also helped us seamlessly plan our mini-moon in Chicago after the wedding, which was such a gift during an already busy time. We are so grateful for her care, creativity, and dedication. Truly, we couldn’t recommend Bristol and Sustainable Soirées more highly!

    Best support ever!

    Bristol is absolutely amazing and was such a big help leading up to and on our wedding day! I got the recommendation from my sister who used Bristol as a day-of coordinator for her wedding and had nothing but good things to say! We hired Bristol as a day-of coordinator to help us keep the day running smoothly. Bristol did so much more than that! As we had booked and planned most of our wedding ourselves, Bristol helped with the final details and meetings by helping to plan them and also helping us with asking questions that we didn’t know to ask. It made the end of our engagement and wedding planning journey so much smoother than it would’ve been if we had done it ourselves. She also helped to make sure that the vendors and everyone were coordinated and knew where they needed to go. It allowed us to be able to take a step back and just enjoy our wedding day instead of fielding lots of questions or trying to be in two places at once. Bristol is an absolute gem and I highly recommend everyone to use her for your big day!

Yes. Many of our couples host additional gatherings as part of their wedding experience, such as rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, or farewell brunches. We’re happy to assist with planning or coordination for these events so the entire celebration feels cohesive, intentional, and thoughtfully guided.
Our Full-Service Planning clients are typically investing six figures or more in their wedding or wedding weekend. We also offer Wedding Management for couples who have planned much of their celebration themselves but want an experienced planner to step in, bring everything together, and confidently lead the final months and wedding day. No matter the service, we're the best fit for couples who value professional guidance, trusted support, and a seamless experience.
Our planning services begin at $3,000, depending on the level of support required. Venue coordinators play an important role in managing the venue itself, but their responsibilities are limited to venue logistics. A wedding planner oversees the entire celebration guiding the planning process, coordinating the vendor team, managing timelines, and ensuring every detail works together seamlessly. Our role is to look at the wedding as a whole and seamlessly manage the many moving parts behind the scenes. With our professional guidance and experienced management, couples and their families are free to be fully present for the experience of the day.
