Our planning packages allow for your dream to come true without the stress of the details! We are here to help you as much or as little as you need to make your wedding perfect. We perform personalized marriage ceremonies & weddings all over Illinois, Chicagoland, Lake Geneva, Milwaukee, and Southeastern Wisconsin- ask us about our destination packages!! As a Type-A Bride, I needed someone who would embrace all of the attention to detail that I had pined over for 14 months and execute my vision on wedding day, a task which certainly was not easy. Faith accepted the challenge and absolutely rose to the occasion! We had a great first planning call where Faith set us on track for what we needed to do over the next few months to get ready for the day. Meanwhile, she was the primary point of contact for all of our vendors, and kept track of details behind the scenes. Using all of our vendor contracts and probably hundreds of emails, she was able to craft a very detailed timeline that included needs for every vendor and accommodated all of our requests. This document was crucial and served as a fantastic timeline for everyone to use on the day. Faith is so dedicated to doing a good job, that she showed up extremely early on wedding day. Unbeknownst to us, she got a flat tire on her way ON THE HIGHWAY! We had no clue that happened because even thought the flat tire delayed her, she still was there on time for us getting ready for the first look! She helped one of my Maids of Honor secure her dress, sewed a button on to our usher’s vest, and ran back and forth to the church because there was an item missing that needed to be recovered. Then she was coordinating with our vendors who were setting up at the venue while we were at church. Oh, and did I mention she did all this with a fractured wrist? Yeah, she’s a dedicated professional. Faith also brought along one of her assistants, Indya. One of the biggest things we were worried about was making sure our guests got on the proper shuttle from the hotel to the church (there was also an airport shuttle, we didn’t want people to get on the wrong one!). Indya did a fantastic job ushering our guests and ensuring nobody missed the shuttle. Then, while we were at church, she set up our place cards and remaining decor, making sure our venue looked perfect before we arrived! Additionally, Indya made sure we didn’t miss out on the bar, desserts, and late night snack by bringing us plates and drinks throughout the night. We appreciated her assistance in making our night perfect! Overall, Faith and Indya helped make our wedding day flawless and we’re excellent go-to people to handle everything we needed!

Priscilla, our day-of coordinator, responded quickly to every question and kept us feeling supported throughout the entire journey, not just on the big day itself. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was about the details—she even carved out a quiet moment for my wife and me right after the ceremony to grab appetizers and a drink together, which made the rest of the night feel way less hectic. Her positive attitude and affirming energy helped us stay calm and present when we might have otherwise been stressed. We felt like they truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding

Our wedding MVP!
If you’re looking for a day-of coordinator who will truly let you enjoy your wedding day, Faith is the one. From the weeks leading up to our wedding through the very last song, she was absolutely incredible. Before the wedding, Faith helped organize all of the details with our vendors and was always available to answer questions or offer thoughtful advice whenever I was torn between decisions. Having someone with her experience to lean on made the planning process so much less stressful. At our rehearsal, she somehow managed to get our entire bridal party’s attention and keep everyone on track (which, at times, felt like herding cats!). She made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and confirmed every final detail so she could execute everything flawlessly the next day. On our wedding day, Faith was basically a track star. She was constantly running from one end of the venue to the other, making sure every detail was exactly where it needed to be and every vendor had what they needed. Any time I started wondering about the schedule, where someone was, or if something needed my attention, she immediately reminded me not to worry and assured me she had it handled. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and actually enjoy our wedding instead of managing logistics. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all flowed seamlessly, and she didn’t miss a beat. I honestly can’t imagine our day without her. If you want someone who is organized, calm under pressure, proactive, and genuinely invested in making your wedding day perfect, I cannot recommend Faith highly enough. She was worth every penny, and we’re so grateful she was part of our wedding.

Kathryn was incredible
We worked with Kathryn from Jennifer’s team. She was not only such a fun and enjoyable person to work with, but she was truly incredible at her job. All our other vendors remarked on how organized and communicative she was. Our wedding ran so smoothly and Kathryn took such great care of us before, during, and after our event.
