Our planning packages allow for your dream to come true without the stress of the details! We are here to help you as much or as little as you need to make your wedding perfect. We perform personalized marriage ceremonies & weddings all over Illinois, Chicagoland, Lake Geneva, Milwaukee, and Southeastern Wisconsin- ask us about our destination packages!! We’re open to all religions and unions and we strongly believe love is love!

Our wedding MVP!
If you’re looking for a day-of coordinator who will truly let you enjoy your wedding day, Faith is the one. From the weeks leading up to our wedding through the very last song, she was absolutely incredible. Before the wedding, Faith helped organize all of the details with our vendors and was always available to answer questions or offer thoughtful advice whenever I was torn between decisions. Having someone with her experience to lean on made the planning process so much less stressful. At our rehearsal, she somehow managed to get our entire bridal party’s attention and keep everyone on track (which, at times, felt like herding cats!). She made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and confirmed every final detail so she could execute everything flawlessly the next day. On our wedding day, Faith was basically a track star. She was constantly running from one end of the venue to the other, making sure every detail was exactly where it needed to be and every vendor had what they needed. Any time I started wondering about the schedule, where someone was, or if something needed my attention, she immediately reminded me not to worry and assured me she had it handled. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and actually enjoy our wedding instead of managing logistics. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all flowed seamlessly, and she didn’t miss a beat. I honestly can’t imagine our day without her. If you want someone who is organized, calm under pressure, proactive, and genuinely invested in making your wedding day perfect, I cannot recommend Faith highly enough. She was worth every penny, and we’re so grateful she was part of our wedding.

Kathryn was incredible
We worked with Kathryn from Jennifer’s team. She was not only such a fun and enjoyable person to work with, but she was truly incredible at her job. All our other vendors remarked on how organized and communicative she was. Our wedding ran so smoothly and Kathryn took such great care of us before, during, and after our event. Could not recommend her or Jennifer’s team more highly!

Jennifer and her team were involved with our pre-wedding planning and handled coordination day-of, and I’m so glad we chose her for our special day. Jennifer was responsive, attentive, and wonderful to work with overall. We had over 170 guests with a large number of vendors, and just 8 months to plan everything. I’ll be honest, this event would not have been possible without her. She helped keep planning organized and on time, lead the charge on creating the timeline and coordinating scheduling with all the vendors, and was always there to answer questions, give recommendations, and handle last minute changes as they arose. On the day of the wedding, she and her team did a wonderful job setting up, coordinating with the venue/vendors, taking care of us and our guests, and keeping the event running smoothly and on time. One important note is her team stayed late to help with tear down, which is something they did not have to do but did anyway. We really appreciated that and it shows the dedication her and her team have for what they do. They were great to work with, highly competent, and I would highly recommend WBJF.

Cannot recommend enough
Working with Jennifer Fox took a huge load off our shoulders; she really does think of everything and sees your vision through! She was incredibly responsive to our questions and emails, always quick to answer and ready to help us figure things out. Jennifer has a warm way about her that put us at ease from day one, and she handled all the details so we didn't have to stress about anything. Her professionalism and attention to every little thing made sure our day ran smoothly and looked exactly how we pictured it. We loved being able to trust her completely and just enjoy be present with each other and our loved ones. Amazing Officiant and Wedding coordinator
Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She kept everything organized and on schedule, and because of her, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day besides getting married. Her custom wedding ceremony brought everyone to tears and beautifully encompassed the vision my husband and I had for our special moment. If you’re hesitant about hiring her—don’t be. She is 100% worth it and truly a dream to work with!
