Working out of Lombard, IL, I am a type A planner from the very center of my heart. I love lists, schedules, budgets, and all things organized. Weddings are my passion because they involve so much coordinated detail in every phase of the day from start to finish. I love to see my client's vision for their special day come together with every check off the to do list. I have been coordinating weddings since early 2018, but have been networking in the industry for several years now. I love working with all of the gorgeous venues we have here in the suburbs of Chicago and can't wait to get started planning your dream wedding.

I like to pride myself on my positive attitude, calm, collected demeanor, and budget conscious spirit. I can work with any budget to create a vision you will love and I carry out that vision as a team player with the rest of your vendors because we are in fact a team together to bring your dream to life.

    BreAnn is the best!!

    Wow... just wow. I am SO beyond grateful that I chose Grayter Events for my day-of wedding coordination. It was truly one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Everything went so perfectly and seamlessly, and I didn't have to stress about a single thing the entire day because BreAnn had it all covered. She thought of absolutely everything. I think she opened at least 10 water bottles for me just to make sure I was actually drinking water! She was always one step ahead, making sure I had everything I needed before I even realized I needed it. Even at the rehearsal, I didn't have to do anything. BreAnn jumped right in, knew exactly what to do, and confidently took charge. She was organized, calm, and assertive in the best way possible. Watching her handle so many moving pieces without ever looking stressed was honestly incredible. Her calmness helped keep me calm too. Because of BreAnn, I was actually able to be fully present and enjoy every second of my wedding day instead of worrying about timelines, vendors, or what was happening next. She made my wedding day exactly what I had dreamed of, and I will forever be thankful for everything she did. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, DO IT—and hire Grayter Events. I truly cannot recommend BreAnn and her team enough. She is beyond organized, so kind, incredibly hardworking, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect. She is simply the best, and I can't imagine my wedding day without her.

    BreAnn is fantastic!

    WOW. BreAnn is amazing!! From dealing with a severe thunderstorm, unexpected guests, and a 400 person wedding- BreAnn helped make my wedding day perfect. Her attention to detail and knowledge in the field truly makes her work invaluable. She is fantastic and I truly cannot express how wonderful she is as what she does. Additionally, her attitude and professionalism made it feel as if I was working with a life long friend- which is exactly who you want to work with on the best day of your life.

    Wedding

    Working with Grayterevents made planning our wedding so much easier. Breann was quick to respond to our questions and always had thoughtful solutions ready to go. She knew exactly what we needed before we even asked, and her ideas helped shape the day we imagined. On our wedding day, she kept everything running on schedule and made sure I had what I needed at every moment. Her professionalism and knowledge took so much stress off our shoulders, and we felt supported from start to finish.     Best decision I ever made!

    Breann is absolutely the best! She was on top of everything from start to finish. We started with her a month out and she handled all of the vendors and coordination with the on site coordinator. The day of I didn't even know she was there, yet no one came to me for anything the entire evening. She even packed everything up at the end of the night, so all we had to do was load the car! She runs a tight ship but in the kindest and most patient way. If you need a coordinator in the Chicago area, look no further! You will not find anyone better!

    The Perfect Choice

    BreAnn was a phenomenal coordinator, I could not have imagined anyone better to have on my wedding day. She handled all of my vendor communication for me on the day, decorated, managed the arrival of an unexpected guest flawlessly, and handled so much of the event tear-down at the end of the night. She was completely organized and calm. She made me feel like I literally had nothing to worry about on the day of my wedding, and it was such an incredible gift to be able to just turn my brain off and have fun on my day. I was very nervous to have the right coordinator on the day of my wedding without going wildly out of budget, and BreAnn was literally the perfect choice. I cannot recommend Grayter Events enough!

If your reception venue is outside of a 50 mile radius from Lombard, IL, then we require a 1 night hotel stay near the venue for the night of the event. Since clean up services are included in my packages, your coordinator will stay until the end of the event to make sure your personal items get back with you safely. This policy ensures that we are not driving too far home that late at night.
We are a team of 3 coordinators. Your coordinator will be assigned based on event location and availability. You will work with the same coordinator from the moment you book, all the way through to your wedding day.
All packages require a $250 deposit to reserve your date on our calendar. No other payments are required until the balance is due 24 hours before your event. However, you are welcome to make payments starting 6 months prior to your event date.
Assistants are added on an as needed basis. Typically with events of over 200 guests, or events consisting of multiple venues, an assistant will be added to your package upon booking. An assistant is an additional hourly fee on top of all quoted package prices. The hours needed are to be determined no later than 30 days before your event.
