Hi! My name is Johnna and I’m the Owner of Save the Date - a planning service designed with YOU in mind! With over five years of experience as a Coordinator at some of Rockford’s top venues, I’ve had the privilege of helping to create the most memorable day for hundreds of couples. Now, I’m excited to begin a new journey that allows me to offer an even more personal and customized experience to my clients!

I've always been passionate about organization, creativity, and customer service - all things that make for a great wedding planning experience. Curating your big day doesn’t have to feel overwhelming, and I'm here to help guide you through the entire process so you can enjoy your engagement, and most importantly; your wedding day!

A la Carte Options Include: Consultation Meeting, Planning Template, Detailed Weekend Timeline & Packing List, Bach Party Planning, Morning After Brunch Planning

This package includes everything from our Day Of Package along with: 5 Meetings with your Planner, VIP Floral Distribution, Decor Set Up, Your Planner will act as the main point of contact for all vendors, Contract Review & Vendor Negotiations, and Handling of your Marriage License

This package includes our custom Planning Template, Vendor Selection Assistance, To Do List Management, Day Of Timeline Creation/Management, Custom Mood Board, Guidance with Floor Plan & Linen Selection, and up to 3 Meetings with Your Planner

    Johnna is the woman you want on your team, bar none. I thought I was an organized, type-A bride, Johnna is on a whole another level of keeping things organized, having things where they need to go on the day of, seeing out my vision, and dealing with family/friends/vendors. She's calm, cool, and collected on the day, gets it all done, and still somehow makes small-talk with you to keep you calm! Honestly, this woman is a rockstar and I'm not sure what we would have done without her.
