“Capstone occassions made our wedding day absolute magic. I started the planning process on my own but got stuck and unmotivated because i felt overwhelmed/not entirely sure what was next. Tia jumped in and helped me get excited about the process again and accomplish the tasks in order of importance and made sure it was a day that both Mike (my now husband) and I envisioned and wanted to make it special for us. Because of her experience she has so many friends in the business. I appreciated she recommended vendors based on who the two of us are and what we were looking for and within our budget (and ways to save). She thinks about EVERYTHING! Things we never would have considered on our own. My favorite being the sunset photos of me and my husband. He doesn’t like pictures but he loved how they turned out. Not only that, she makes sure it’s a seamless process and day that’s stress free. My mom was so grateful to be able to let loose and relax and could not say enough about how instrumental Tia and her team were to make the day so beautiful and coordinating with all the vendors so we didn’t have to. Day before the wedding, I was honestly a mess and left our name tags at my office and a few other prints including labels and a mock up picture of what we were thinking. So, we had to last minute hand write the name tags and in a rush left unorganized and unlabeled bins for them to sort out. My brain was all over the place and it didn’t occur to me until too late but when we walked in, it was even better than I imagined. They really went the extra mile and made everything picture perfect. Our friends and family were so impressed and we’re still getting compliments to this day. You are fun to work with, easy to get along with (even some of our craziest family members), hardworking, magician ninjas (for all the stuff you do behind the scenes we will never even know about- thank you). “We booked Bailee almost a year before our wedding and I’m really glad we did. Our experience with her was positive from start to finish. Over the year we had a lot of planning sessions where we went through everything that needed to happen and when it was due, so nothing would sneak up on us at the end. We had to reschedule a few times (on both sides, life happens) and she was always easy to work with about it. She also stayed patient and upbeat when we went back and forth on decisions, which happened more than I’d like to admit. On the wedding day she was everywhere at once. She and her team handled whatever came up, kept things on schedule, and stayed with us all the way through cleanup at the end of the night. We got to actually enjoy our day instead of worrying about the details, and that was exactly what we were hoping for. “Jennifer and her team were involved with our pre-wedding planning and handled coordination day-of, and I’m so glad we chose her for our special day. “My wedding was June 11th and Jordyne being our Day of Coordinator was truly a huge part of why I can look back on the day with all the joy everyone hopes to experience. She maintained excellent communication in the months leading up to the big day via text and calls when I was stressed and spiraling. She asked insightful questions about aspects that I hadn’t even considered, so we had a clear idea of how the wedding day would unfold. Although we live about an hour away from West Bend, we picked our venue specifically for the beautiful outdoor cermony area. When it became clear that there would be thunderstorms and a high chance of tornadoes the day before and on the wedding day itself, she stepped up to transform the less than ideal (leaking) basement into what became a truly beautiful space. She used our leftover florals and battery powered candles to design new aisle decor since the original couldn’t be used indoors while also helping me not have a panic attack. She also suggested something that let us still spend some time outside, which ended up being the most special part of the day and gave us wonderful photos of our first look. From making sure we ate, to helping me to dance the Cupid Shuffle in my big dress after the bustle broke, She Was A Lifesaver. Jordyne and her lovely assisant were one of the best choices I made during the wedding planning process and I highly recommend her to anyone who feels overwhelmed, in over their head or just needs an excellent hype girl/wonderful person in their corner.”

Their day-of coordination made every detail flow so smoothly and took all the stress off our shoulders to enjoy our day and celebrate with our loved ones. “From the start, the team at Yes to I Do was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. They were incredibly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of our ceremony and reception was carefully planned out. Rebecca in particular went above and beyond, helping us coordinate with all our vendors months in advance and providing helpful templates and suggestions to keep us organized. On the day of and during the rehearsal, the Yes to I Do team thought of every little detail, directing each person on how the ceremony would flow and regularly checking on my husband and I to make sure we had everything we needed - they even kept our goblets full!
