“Capstone occassions made our wedding day absolute magic. I started the planning process on my own but got stuck and unmotivated because i felt overwhelmed/not entirely sure what was next. Tia jumped in and helped me get excited about the process again and accomplish the tasks in order of importance and made sure it was a day that both Mike (my now husband) and I envisioned and wanted to make it special for us. Because of her experience she has so many friends in the business. I appreciated she recommended vendors based on who the two of us are and what we were looking for and within our budget (and ways to save). She thinks about EVERYTHING! Things we never would have considered on our own. My favorite being the sunset photos of me and my husband. He doesn’t like pictures but he loved how they turned out. Not only that, she makes sure it’s a seamless process and day that’s stress free. My mom was so grateful to be able to let loose and relax and could not say enough about how instrumental Tia and her team were to make the day so beautiful and coordinating with all the vendors so we didn’t have to. Day before the wedding, I was honestly a mess and left our name tags at my office and a few other prints including labels and a mock up picture of what we were thinking. So, we had to last minute hand write the name tags and in a rush left unorganized and unlabeled bins for them to sort out. My brain was all over the place and it didn’t occur to me until too late but when we walked in, it was even better than I imagined. They really went the extra mile and made everything picture perfect. Our friends and family were so impressed and we’re still getting compliments to this day. Thank you Tia and the Capstone Occassions team! You are fun to work with, easy to get along with (even some of our craziest family members), hardworking, magician ninjas (for all the stuff you do behind the scenes we will never even know about- thank you). “The Save the Date team went above and beyond to make our wedding the most amazing day. We communicated with Johnna leading up to the day and then Kat was with us for the rehearsal and day of. I can't say enough amazing things about them. When my flower girl got hurt at the rehearsal, Kat was there to keep us calm. The day of - we dropped off our 3 cars full of stuff and she took the few inspiration photos we had sent her and turned both venues into something beyond what we ever could have imagined. We got behind schedule with hair and makeup but Kat kept calm and continually reassured us that everything would be perfect . And is was. She did all the work and we truly got to enjoy our day. She even reminded us to go to the bathroom before we ate dinner lol. I have no idea how she did everything and will forever be grateful for her. I cannot recommend Save the Date enough!!!”

Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. This was perfect because someone was by my and my husband’s throughout the day. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. She created a rough draft of our day of timeline and gave us access to our Wedding Workbook. They have templates for everything you will need for organizing your wedding and making sure you do not miss out on important, but often overlooked details. Two months before our wedding date we were connected with Hanh. From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. From this point on I started to enjoy wedding planning.I love that she reached out to not only myself, but included my now husband and daughter in on a meeting. Any issue we had, Alex was there to talk us through it and give guidance. We would only have to describe something to her once and she would "just get it" and be able to execute flawlessly. Every decision she made day-of (because there will ALWAYS be some small decisions that have to be made) was better executed than if we had thought about how to do it ourselves. One of our only regret in working with Alex was that we didn't just have her do full-planning for us. Cannot recommend Redwood's enough, you'll be in the most experienced and safest hands possible.”

“My wedding was June 11th and Jordyne being our Day of Coordinator was truly a huge part of why I can look back on the day with all the joy everyone hopes to experience. She maintained excellent communication in the months leading up to the big day via text and calls when I was stressed and spiraling. She asked insightful questions about aspects that I hadn’t even considered, so we had a clear idea of how the wedding day would unfold. Although we live about an hour away from West Bend, we picked our venue specifically for the beautiful outdoor cermony area. When it became clear that there would be thunderstorms and a high chance of tornadoes the day before and on the wedding day itself, she stepped up to transform the less than ideal (leaking) basement into what became a truly beautiful space. She used our leftover florals and battery powered candles to design new aisle decor since the original couldn’t be used indoors while also helping me not have a panic attack. She also suggested something that let us still spend some time outside, which ended up being the most special part of the day and gave us wonderful photos of our first look. From making sure we ate, to helping me to dance the Cupid Shuffle in my big dress after the bustle broke, She Was A Lifesaver. Jordyne and her lovely assisant were one of the best choices I made during the wedding planning process and I highly recommend her to anyone who feels overwhelmed, in over their head or just needs an excellent hype girl/wonderful person in their corner.”

“We worked with Kara from Camellia Co. Events for our wedding, and she was honestly amazing. We hired her as our “month-of” coordinator. Leading up to the wedding, she was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. She was so patient and helpful every single time, and I always felt like she genuinely cared and wanted to help however she could. She also worked with our budget and was very reasonable and flexible, which we really appreciated. On the wedding day, Kara was calm, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We didn’t have to stress about anything, which made such a huge difference—we were actually able to relax and truly enjoy the day. Multiple people commented afterward on how calm I was and how beautiful the wedding was (and that I was not a bridezilla at all ). I truly believe that peace came from God—He gave both me and my husband such a sense of calm that day. And honestly, Kara felt like such a Godsend in that process. Knowing she had everything handled behind the scenes made it so easy to just be present and soak it all in. Hiring Kara was easily one of the best decisions we made.
