From the start, she’s calm, organized, and somehow always one step ahead—which is exactly what you need when wedding planning starts to get chaotic. What I loved most is how personal she makes everything. She really listens and takes your vision seriously, but also knows how to guide you when you need it. Nothing feels forced or cookie-cutter—it all just comes together in a way that feels effortless (even though you know she’s working behind the scenes nonstop). And on the day of… you don’t have to think about a single thing. She has it handled. You actually get to be present and enjoy your wedding instead of worrying about timelines or logistics. We feel so fortunate to have found Betsy as our wedding planner. She is outstanding. Professional, organized, thoughtful and creative. She listened to our thoughts and ideas and brought us great solutions for every situation. The day of the wedding went exactly as planned under her guidance and I can’t recommend her enough. As a mother of the bride that lived out of town she kept me informed and involved all along the way. On every occasion when I was in Madison she made time to meet, visit vendors, check event locations, etc. without hesitation. 5-star plus!
