We are Aaron & Lindsey, the husband and wife team that makes up Palette of Light Photography & Video. We are enthusiastic artists with a passion for telling authentic and inspirational stories through art. We specialize in editorial style wedding photography and videography, as well as, family portraiture.

Our photographic style focuses on creating images with energy and nostalgia. We love natural light as it give such a beautiful and romantic look to our photos. We always go above and beyond to find the perfect quality of light; whether it be natural window light or the most gorgeous sunset bursts. You'll see sunlight as a running theme throughout all of our wedding and portrait work.

    Dream Vendor!!

    From our very first conversation, we knew Palette of Light was the perfect choice for our wedding videographers. Lindsey and Aaron are an amazing husband and wife team, and from the moment we met them, they made us feel completely at ease. On our wedding day, they were professional, organized, and so easy to be around. It honestly felt like we had friends capturing our day instead of vendors. They blended seamlessly with our family, friends, and all of our other vendors while somehow managing to capture every meaningful moment without ever feeling intrusive. Their attention to detail and ability to preserve genuine emotions is truly incredible. The biggest surprise was waking up the morning after our wedding to find a highlight reel waiting for us. We watched it over and over because it captured the joy, love, and energy of our day so perfectly. It was such an unexpected gift to be able to relive those moments so quickly, and it made us even more excited to see the full wedding film. We have not received our full video yet, but after seeing the highlight reel and experiencing how much care and passion Lindsey and Aaron put into their work, we already know it is going to be something we will treasure forever. If you are looking for videographers/photographers who are not only incredibly talented but also kind, genuine people who truly care about telling your story, we cannot recommend Palette of Light highly enough.     Excellent Photographers

    We met Aaron and Lindsey while working at a wedding and were very impressed with their professionalism, communication, and talent. Very fun couple to work with and the end result of the photos and video were phenomenal!!!

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about our availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 700 to 900 images. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In our 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
