Lindsay has been in the events industry for years and has overseen hundreds of successful events. Her attention to detail and ability to handle any situation that arises with grace and ease allows her couples to relax and enjoy their wedding day. Lindsay not only plans weddings for our Simply Elegant couples but also trains our entire team of planners to ensure that every Simply Elegant wedding is flawless and our client's vision is fulfilled.

We help you celebrate that love in a stress-free and present way (and we’ll even save you some money along the way.) Our mission is to help you celebrate your love in a way that you love and with stress and overwhelm. After more than fifteen years in the business, and 4,500+ weddings under our collective belt, we have become the go-to wedding planning team for couples looking for a stress-free planning experience + joyful wedding day. Think of us as advocates for your wedding vision (who happen to be the highest-level experts) who will never leave your side.

Description	If you want an expert by your side every step of the process, choose this option. From the moment you sign with us until your marriage license is in the mail, we’ll be by your side to collaborate, make decisions, and see to it that your plans are executed perfectly down to the very last detail.	With this package, we work alongside you to best support you through the planning process. This package also includes a budget meeting, two timeline meetings, and support with the design of your wedding. In addition, we join you on your wedding day to support you for 10 hours to be certain the plans we made together go off without a hitch!	60 days before your wedding day, we are there to walk through the details and your venue with you. We will work with you to determine your timeline-- assuring that every detail is carefully aligned for your special day. On the day of your wedding, two planners will be there to support you for 10 hours so that you can relax and be present to enjoy the moment!

The SEG was such an amazing vendor to work with! If you are lucky enough to get Kate Krueger in the Chicagoland area, then your day will be perfect. She was amazing to work with and truly helped think of every small detail. We ended up having to move both ceremony and reception inside and you would have never known it was plan B. She was absolutely the best vendor we worked with and couldn't have been happier. Kate helped everyone and everything move smoothly and took so much stress from us! Can't recommend enough!!

We used Simply Elegant Group for our wedding and they are amazing. Emma Tyler was our day of coordinator and we could not have done the day without her. She was very organized, kept us on track for the weeks leading up to our wedding day, lead communication with our vendors and surprised us with extra photos/video she took on a mini camera the day of. Highly recommend SEG and Emma specifically!

Tay is the best!
Tay from Simply Elegant Group was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the very first day we met her, she was organized, confident, professional, and incredibly reassuring. She had everything so well planned and made the entire process feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. Throughout the planning process, Tay kept us in the loop with regular check-in meetings, made sure we always knew what was coming next, and was so responsive whenever we had questions or needed guidance. She gave us so much confidence and peace of mind, which allowed us to actually enjoy the wedding planning process without constantly feeling stressed or overwhelmed. And on the wedding day, she was absolutely amazing! She handled last-minute requests, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure all the little details were taken care of. We felt like we could completely trust her, and that made such a huge difference on one of the most important days of our lives. Tay truly went above and beyond for us. Her attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel supported every step of the way. Working with The Simply Elegant Group was so worth it! We are so grateful that we had Valerie as our day-of coordinator! She started working with us months before our wedding and immediately made the weeks leading up to the wedding feel so much easier. She kept everything organized, helped create our timeline, and handled communication with our vendors, which gave us so much peace of mind. One of my biggest worries was how the flow of the day would go and making sure all of our decorations were set up the way we envisioned them. Valerie completely took that stress off of us. On the wedding day, she made sure the ceremony ran smoothly and that all of our venue decorations were set up exactly how we had imagined. She even went above and beyond by creating our reserved signs and signature cocktail signs. What I appreciated most was that I felt completely calm and able to be fully present on our wedding day. I genuinely can't think of a single thing that went wrong; and if something did, I certainly didn't know about it! Valerie allowed us to enjoy our day instead of worrying about the logistics behind the scenes. We are so thankful for everything she did to make our wedding day feel perfect and would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic Service!
We worked with Simply Elegant for our wedding in June and Riva was phenomenal! I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her. She was super punctual and made sure every i was dotted and t was crossed. She kept us on track and helped us figure out aspects we hadn’t even considered. The day of, she was all over the place making sure everything ran smoothly, and it did! We had a lot of moving parts but she kept everything in line, and we received several compliments from guests on how smooth the night progressed. Thank you so much Riva! I would definitely recommend!
