Lindsay has been in the events industry for years and has overseen hundreds of successful events. Her attention to detail and ability to handle any situation that arises with grace and ease allows her couples to relax and enjoy their wedding day. Lindsay not only plans weddings for our Simply Elegant couples but also trains our entire team of planners to ensure that every Simply Elegant wedding is flawless and our client's vision is fulfilled.

We help you celebrate that love in a stress-free and present way (and we’ll even save you some money along the way.) Our mission is to help you celebrate your love in a way that you love and with stress and overwhelm. After more than fifteen years in the business, and 4,500+ weddings under our collective belt, we have become the go-to wedding planning team for couples looking for a stress-free planning experience + joyful wedding day. Think of us as advocates for your wedding vision (who happen to be the highest-level experts) who will never leave your side.

Description	If you want an expert by your side every step of the process, choose this option. From the moment you sign with us until your marriage license is in the mail, we’ll be by your side to collaborate, make decisions, and see to it that your plans are executed perfectly down to the very last detail.	With this package, we work alongside you to best support you through the planning process. This package also includes a budget meeting, two timeline meetings, and support with the design of your wedding. In addition, we join you on your wedding day to support you for 10 hours to be certain the plans we made together go off without a hitch!	60 days before your wedding day, we are there to walk through the details and your venue with you. We will work with you to determine your timeline-- assuring that every detail is carefully aligned for your special day. On the day of your wedding, two planners will be there to support you for 10 hours so that you can relax and be present to enjoy the moment!

SEG and Caroline Causey are the best!
We cannot recommend Caroline and The Simply Elegant Group enough. They stepped in when we needed them most and took over our planning process seamlessly, making everything feel organized and stress-free from the very beginning. Caroline was incredibly responsive, communicative, and proactive with timelines, and she connected us with vendors who truly aligned with our vision and style. Amazing to work with
Working with The Simply Elegant Group was truly a game-changer for our wedding day. Tay and her assistant kept everything running like clockwork - from coordinating with our families and vendors to keeping us on schedule - and they did it all while staying calm and organized. Best Wedding Vendor Pick
Ashley was truly our sanity throughout our entire wedding planning process. From start to finish, she laid everything out in such a clear, organized, and stress-free way that we never once felt overwhelmed. She had trusted connections for every type of vendor we needed (some even came with discounts!), responded to every email and phone call promptly, and somehow managed to take all of our scattered thoughts and turn them into one seamless, easy-to-follow plan. Throughout our multi-day wedding weekend, she went above and beyond — making sure we (and our families) were on time, hydrated, fed, and actually enjoying ourselves. Multiple family members commented on how incredible she was and how much calmer they felt knowing Ashley had everything handled. There was such a sense of comfort in knowing she was behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. I truly cannot recommend her enough. Hiring Ashley was hands down one of the best decisions we made. I didn’t fully realize how much mental space and stress a wedding planner takes off your plate until we experienced it firsthand. Best Wedding Planning Decision Ever!
Truly can’t recommend SEG enough. We worked with Victoria, in Austin, TX. From the moment she stepped in, her attention to detail and coordination made everything flow seamlessly. She was extremely effective in her communication with vendors, often going to bat for our interests and helping us get the best ROI. Our wedding day felt smooth, beautiful, and completely stress-free—and that’s almost entirely because of her. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous and well-organized everything was. We were able to be fully present and actually enjoy the day, which is the best gift we could have asked for. She also handled a last-minute switch to the rain plan flawlessly. What could have been stressful ended up feeling just as special and well thought-out as Plan A, which says a lot about her flexibility and expertise. If you’re considering working with SEG, don't think twice. And if they'll let you, ask for Victoria specificallly. She will make your day better in every way.
