I’m Mallory Ramirez, owner and lead planner of Mallory Joy Wedding & Events. My mission is simple: to give couples the freedom to fully enjoy their wedding day while I handle the details that bring it all together. With a background that blends bridal styling, logistics, and event management, I bring both creative vision and practical organization to the planning process. I’ve had the joy of working in bridal boutiques, helping brides select their dream gowns, while also building strong skills in scheduling, vendor management, and design execution.

I specialize in guiding couples through the entire planning journey — whether that means sourcing vendors, designing layouts, or coordinating timelines — and I pride myself on tailoring each wedding to reflect the couple’s unique style and priorities. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, my goal is always the same: to create a joyful, stress-free experience for you and your loved ones. Description

This service includes assistance with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor and budget advice to designing beautiful tablespaces, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. While Full Service Planning includes all the elements of Partial Planning, Design, and Wedding day management, it’s tailored to fit each couples particular needs.

Ideal for the couple who is comfortable planning everything on their own, but would like us to take over in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We will review all of the details with you, making sure your plans are carried out exactly as you envisioned. On your wedding day, our team will manage everything from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless and memorable celebration.

This service is for clients who have the main pieces of their planning process in place but need an expert's assistance in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not ramp up more than 6 months before the wedding date and focus on design and decor logistics.​

    Mallory was an absolute JOY to work with! She was thoughtful, proactive, and trustworthy every step of the way. She made our wedding day stress-free from the beginning to end by coordinating with our vendors, helping us stick to our timeline, and taking charge when it came to troubleshooting the little things throughout the day. We seriously don’t know what we would have done without Mallory and Misty on our wedding day. Cannot thank them enough for helping to make it feel so special and go so smoothly!

    Mallory was absolutely amazing and we are so happy we had to opportunity to work with her! We met her in the final planning process of our wedding and boy are we glad we did!     From the moment we hired Mallory Joy Wedding and Events as our day-of coordinator, Mallory was a constant and proactive presence, providing us with concise and friendly communication every step of the way. Mallory and her wife, Misty's patience, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help made them an invaluable part of our special day. Mallory herself made a point to attend a meeting with our reception venue when she was in town, and her inquisitive nature helped her build a great rapport with us.
