I’m Mallory Ramirez, owner and lead planner of Mallory Joy Wedding & Events. My mission is simple: to give couples the freedom to fully enjoy their wedding day while I handle the details that bring it all together. With a background that blends bridal styling, logistics, and event management, I bring both creative vision and practical organization to the planning process. I’ve had the joy of working in bridal boutiques, helping brides select their dream gowns, while also building strong skills in scheduling, vendor management, and design execution.

I specialize in guiding couples through the entire planning journey — whether that means sourcing vendors, designing layouts, or coordinating timelines — and I pride myself on tailoring each wedding to reflect the couple’s unique style and priorities. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, my goal is always the same: to create a joyful, stress-free experience for you and your loved ones. It would be an honor to help you plan and celebrate your dream wedding — a day filled with love, intention, and unforgettable memories.

Description	This service includes assistance with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor and budget advice to designing beautiful tablespaces, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. While Full Service Planning includes all the elements of Partial Planning, Design, and Wedding day management, it’s tailored to fit each couples particular needs.	Ideal for the couple who is comfortable planning everything on their own, but would like us to take over in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We will review all of the details with you, making sure your plans are carried out exactly as you envisioned. On your wedding day, our team will manage everything from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless and memorable celebration.	This service is for clients who have the main pieces of their planning process in place but need an expert's assistance in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not ramp up more than 6 months before the wedding date and focus on design and decor logistics.

Mallory was absolutely wonderful to work with! As the photographer for the wedding, I was so impressed by how seamlessly she coordinated the day. She brought along her wife to assist, & they both made everyone feel comfortable & confident. Their warm & positive energy created such an enjoyable atmosphere. Their organization, communication, & genuine care for the couple truly stood out. I would happily work with them again and highly recommend her services!

We cannot thank and recommend Mallory enough! She went above and beyond to make sure our special day went as smoothly as possible. She is organized, detail oriented, excellent at communication, and does an incredible job at just “handling it”. Her kindness, warmth, patience, and professionalism made it so easy to trust her with details big and small. As our day of coordinator, Mallory helped with venue setup and logistics, making sure everything and everyone was in line, and was there whenever we needed her. Before our big day, she took the time to get to know us and get aligned with our vision and needs for the day, along with coordinating with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. We always felt in the loop and well informed, while also feeling liberated from having to handle every little detail along the way. Mallory truly had our backs the whole way! Mallory, and her awesome wife Misty, truly took weights off our shoulders and did a top notch job. The two of them are an amazing pair and we couldn’t imagine our day without them!
