Connie, Justine, and Danielle were incredible to work with. Connie had many planning meetings with me leading up to the wedding. Her experience with my venue and vendors meant that she had levels of inside knowledge and attention to detail that even a type A bride couldn't match. Justine was very helpful when I went to the decor showroom. I was very overwhelmed with how to decorate and Justine was great at showing different options and providing suggestions. It is amazing that Beautiful Crazy provides everything they do-- timeline creation, planning meetings, advice, decor, and everything they do on the actual day of the wedding-- for what they charge. Connie was very much my fairy godmother during the planning process. She answered all of my questions and was great at making a stressed-out bride feel understood and heard. She helped me make big decisions and respected my wishes and choices, and worked very hard to bring everything to life. The Wednesday before my wedding, Connie got sick and graciously let us know as soon as she did so she did not put our elderly guests at risk. She then swiftly adjusted and pulled in Danielle. The planning Connie and I had done, including Connie’s recommendations for organizing all the decor I brought, meant that Danielle was able to seamlessly jump in and bring my vision to life. The decor setup by Danielle was absolutely perfect and the tables were beautiful. We got so many compliments on the centerpieces. Danielle also worked with the other vendors and adapted last minute to weather that made us move the site of our ceremony. She took care of everything and took a lot of worry off my plate. My guests said the transition was seamless and I really value how Danielle protected the guest experience during the adjustment. Working with Danielle and Beautiful Crazy was very easy. They were always responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I hope they start charging more in the future because their services are truly a step above what you'll find elsewhere. Of everything in the budget, Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinating was the best money we spent.”

“April was FANTASTIC!! I was unsure whether or not I wanted a coordinator- I had a hard time “giving up” control of my big day. When I first spoke with April- I knew that she was THE ONE! Kind, patient, understanding, and also a little bit of a perfectionist. ;) I hired April as “Day of Coordinator” only. April took everything I gave her on my wedding day and ran with it. She took my planning binder and I said “Good Luck!” She made it all happen! She quickly and effortlessly made my dream wedding perfect. She helped with decor, setting up, getting my dress on, helping me use the bathroom, putting my shoes on… anything you could think of!! And the professionalism and kindness was next level! A few days/weeks later, my bridesmaids told me about little fires that April put out that I had no idea about- problems with the DJ, the groomsmen trying to get drunk before walking down the aisle (April stopped them), and our Happily Ever After sign that kept falling. “Where do we even begin- We hired the Opal Affair for wedding Day of Coordination and it was by far the best choice (and money) for our wedding day- Kirsten and Katy made it the absolute best day of our lives!! In the year of planning whenever I had a timeline questions, Kirsten was so quick and helpful in responding and then in the month and week prior to wedding day, she stepped in and took over vendor comms and made sure all the little details that made the day unique and personalized were covered. We had Katy onsite with us and from rehearsal to day of, she helped keep things running smoothly, made sure the bar didn’t run dry and stepped in when health emergencies demanded action and took charge. We so appreciate the Opal Affair going above and beyond for us and our guests- They gave my husband & I such peace of mind that all the details were covered and we couldn’t have done it without you! “From the moment we booked I Do, For You LLC, we knew we were in good hands. Alicia and her team were incredibly responsive, organized, and attentive to every detail. Leading up to the wedding, Alicia was quick to reply to our questions and provided input and advice we had for the reception decor plans. On the day of, the team's work was simply stunning - the tablescape, lounge area, and display tables were all beautifully executed. “I cannot say enough great things about working with Jaime! She truly made the stressful experience so easy. From the time I met her at a bridal show, up until even now after wedding day, Jaime has been a pleasure to work with. Communication is amazing, she’s so incredibly supportive, professional, and detail oriented! She took our wild idea of a Tim Burton-esque theme and made it come to life. The day was even more beautiful than I could’ve imagined or hoped for. My husband originally wasn’t sure a wedding planner was even worth the cost, but as the day got closer, he was so thankful we had her part of our team.
