Description

When every detail from the Vision conception to the Post Wedding Checklist needs to showcase your style, personality and dream wedding our team delivers. This Full-Service Packages covers all aspects of the couple’s special day. This package is designed for the couple who can enjoy the stress-free feeling that comes with our Full-Service hands on approach.

This is for the couple that wants to DIY the details of the wedding plan. We begin two months before the “Day” to begin coordinating your vendors set up times etc.. We will be on hand the “Day of Coordinating the venue, vendors and Wedding party and of course the guests to make sure the Plan is carried out perfectly. This package comes with a two-hour Vision consultation and monthly check ins to stay on track with vendors and budget items.

This includes day of services with set up and vendor management and 3 hours of planning

    Highly Recommend Beyond eventful

    Beyond Eventful was the perfect wedding planner for our special day. From the beginning, they were always available, creative, funny, and conscientious in their communication style. The quality of their work was truly gorgeous, understated, and unique. They were everywhere at once in the background, making sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly. Beyond Eventful stayed within our budget and were super kind throughout the planning process. We interviewed several other planners, but they were the only ones who really wanted to know our story and showcase it in a personal way on our wedding day.

    Highly recommend

    We hired Beyond Eventful to plan and execute our Wedding. Our planner, Debbie was so creative and caring. She really wanted to know our dreams and wishes and boy did they deliver. From the table settings to the flowers they made it seamless. We can't say enough about how wonderful our day went and the planning process was fun and stress free. You won't find a better planner and trust us they are worth it.

    Best Wedding Ever!!!

    I can not rave enough about how AMAZING Debbie and her team was the day of our wedding. I had a pretty specific vision in my mind and Debbie and her team knocked it out of the park. I never worried about anything the day of the wedding which gave me the opportunity to be present on my special day. If you debating on weather or not to get a planner my answer to you would be DO IT and pick DEBBIE!!!!

    Great Planner

    Beyond Eventful provided us with amazing communication every step of the way as our wedding planners. Their work was honest, creative, and beautiful, and they helped us stay on budget while connecting us with the perfect vendors to make our special day a success. Debbie, the owner, was a joy to work with - no matter how out-of-the-box our wishes were, she found a way to make them a reality. We had so much fun collaborating with the Beyond Eventful team, and we're so grateful for all their hard work in making our wedding day perfect.

    Interview before you decide on planner

    Mom of the Bride is writing this review. The location chosen for the wedding required the use of venders that were only on an “Approved venders list”. We were not told that the venders on the list paid to be on the list. If we had known this before this vender was chosen we would have interviewed a couple of the wedding planners on the list. Disaster and stress followed…vender missed meetings with bride and groom, asked the couple three times about the role their fathers would have after being told each time that both the bride and groom’s fathers had passed away. The rehearsal dinner was not booked at the restaurant the bride and groom chose. My husband and I are friends with the restaurant owner that was chosen. Couple asked us not to say anything to owner as they did not want to get any special treatment etc. I had a bad feeling that no one from the restaurant had not said anything to my husband and I so I asked the brides sister to call and confirm what time the Family reunion was taking place. There was no reservation. I hopped in my car and personally spoke to our friend and owner of the restaurant (wedding planner insisted it be booked as a family reunion due to increased cost of booked as a rehearsal dinner) and wedding planner had never made the reservation. The restaurant picked does not do any events like this during the months of May and October due to previous commitments. Owner and friend felt terrible that this had happened. Luckily we found a place to have the rehearsal dinner. Wedding planner was contacted about certain things pertaining to the wedding site and she arranged the request(s) but at the cost of violating the venue’s rule(s) which the couple had to pay for. I heard through out the process how this wedding planner was planning and her lack of communication and planning skills caused stress, tears, disappointment and doubled the cost of the wedding. I kept my mouth shut as a promise to the bride and groom…until now… as I was asked to wait to write a review. When the Mom of the bride at the end of the night asked the planner what shuttle she and her husband were on and the answer was she would personally would take us home. My husband’s sister came and picked us up as we did not have a car at the venue. Many guests were left to figure out how to get to where they were staying because the shuttle was not organized correctly and did not return after the first trip to take more guests home. Please if you book a venue, please ask if the venders pay the venue a fee to be on their “list”. Interview planners, ask friends, ask for references too. This wedding vender was absolutely horrible.
