I am Megan, and I own White Aster! I created White Aster as a way to help couples during such a special time in their lives. My goal for each event is to allow the couple to truly enjoy their day, and not have to worry about anything besides celebrating their love for one another.

I was a bride in September 2021, so I have recent experience in the industry from my client's point of view! I work hard to give my clients the best experience within my power! I love creating wedding magic for my couples on their special day.

    Megan is amazing! The most stressful part of the big day was getting my family together for pictures. Megan handled everything else and made everything run so smoothly. All the vendors and multiple guests commented on how nice of a person she was and how she saw to every detail. Thank you Megan for ensuring we had such a fun and memorable day!

    Megan was an amazing wedding coordinator. She truly understood my vision for my wedding and made sure that everything that was important to me was carried out. She dedicated time each week prior to my wedding to meet with me and catch up on any changes. she dedicated time each week prior to my wedding to meet with me and catch up on any changes She helped us navigate changes due to weather, and dealt with some difficult venue staff on our behalf. I didn’t worry about a single thing on my wedding day and was able to enjoy the party the way that I wanted to. I can’t say enough good things about Megan.

    We were incredibly fortunate to have Megan/White Aster Planning as our day-of coordinator this past weekend for our Greenhouse Wedding in Downtown GR! In the final two months, we came to the realization that having a coordinator was essential to carry out our setup/take-down needs, to consult with about the finer details, and assist with guest management. We found Megan through a facebook page, requested a consultation, and felt instantly reassured that she would be able to meet our needs. We found the weekly meetings in the 4 weeks leading up to be so helpful for keeping our heads straight in such a stressful and busy time. Megan was thorough, attentive to details we wouldn't have even thought of, and so supportive. Each meeting, she not only listened to our ideas and concerns but also offered guidance and reassurance when needed. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart. When it came to the day-of, Megan's professionalism, expertise, and dedication allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every moment without worry! We are immensely grateful to Megan for her exceptional work and for being such an integral part of our wedding day.
