I have been in the wedding industry 15 years. I believe every client should be treated as you are like family. With over 300 weddings under us over 5 years we know how to go above and beyond. Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. We have no time caps.

We are there to help take stress off of you and family. We start from day 1 with you not just day of so we get to know you and your vision. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow for free when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night. we do several calls. In our showroom you can set up mock tables and use our inventory. I am type A & provide a flow chart with questions you may not have thought of. Open communication 24/7. We start from day one when you reserve your date. Helping find all vendors and joining the calls with you to help you ask all the right questions. We help with set up, tear down and timeline on the day of the wedding and serve as your go to person

this is a 2 day package we help with planning from time of booking to day of. we help with rehearsal, set up, tear down, bussing, errands and free use of our inventory

Your day of starts the day you save the date with us we are not just day of coordinators we hold several meetings via zoom or calls -Setup/teardown of ceremony/reception -Unlimited communication via email/phone -Timeline creation -Help with seating chart -Vendor confirmations -Day of contact for vendors - -Use of our standard decor. $1050 travel fee Add bussing to pkg for $140 extra

    Have you ever been in a high stress situation and thought yourself man I wish I just had somebody that could read my mind and handle it for me? Well, that is exactly what it feels like to have Connie as your coordinator. I first hired Connie in January 2025 and I was not married until December 31 of 2025 throughout the entire process not only was Connie professional, but she asked so many questions that I had never even thought of. She had numerous family obligations and a very stressful personal life. However, I had no idea any of it was going on because that is how professional she remained on our calls. When it came to wedding set up Connie showed up and knew exactly where everything went. She never asked me a single question unless it was for pertinent information and she truly made my vision come to life. She was kind to all of my family members which I think is so important especially on a day as big as that, and she did everything in a timely, discreet manner. As the bride, I had no idea if something did or did not go right on my wedding day because I never had to deal with it nor was I told about it. Connie truly is a mind reader and was able to make the entire day go smoothly. Hiring Connie is not a want for your wedding day. It is an absolute need. I can sit here a week after I am married and say with a confident face that she is truly the reason why my day was able to go so smooth.     Our experience with Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator was great. They scheduled check in calls to ensure I was making progress on our to do lists to ensure we were ready for our big day. Their helpful approach ensured every detail was taken care of, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. Their inventory of items filled in decor gaps and helped everything look polished. We were really able to be present with each other and our guests. Connie and Justine made sure we ate, had drinks available, and helped coordinate our photo booth throughout the reception. It was great working with both of them!

    From the moment we booked Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator, their communication was fast, efficient and friendly. On the day of our wedding, Connies and Justine were incredibly timely, friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Connies came in and helped set everything up, paying extra close attention to all the little details that I would have never thought of. And Justine worked non-stop the day of, making sure the event went smooth and according to our time sheet. Their value and quality of work was truly exceptional, and we are so grateful for their hard work in making our special day perfect.
