We are a mother daughter team who treat you like family. With over 173 weddings under us. Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have no time caps. We have expanded and are taking more weddings with our 5 star team of 6.

We are there to help take stress off of you and family. We start from day 1 with you not just day of so we get to know you and your vision. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow for free when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night. we do several calls. In our showroom you can set up mock tables and use our inventory. We are a mother/daughter team who bring passion and love. you are family not clients. From the time we hired Connie and her daughter justine to help us plan our wedding and make it special to the end was an awesome experience. They not only helped plan and make our vision come to life they also helped us navigate the vendors fix problems when they came up communicated with the vendors and reminded us every step of the way until the end what needed to get done helped with putting the invitations and save the dates together. The decorations came together beautifully. I highly recommend them. Their both awesome to work with. Thank you both Connie and justine for making our day awesome it was worth every penny we spent. It was the best decision we ever made to hire you guys as our wedding planners. You made it a lot less stressful without you it would have been a lot more stressful. Again if you need a wedding planner hire Connie and justine. Their work dedication and love for what they do says it all and it shows in their work.

No matter what was going on, the team at Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator always communicated with me clearly and promptly. I told them my vision for the wedding decor and they brought it to life perfectly. When my original decor person dropped out, Connie from the Beautiful Crazy team gladly took it on and even added some beautiful finishing touches that I hadn't thought of. Everything looked stunning on the day, and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience. We are so incredibly grateful for Connie and her daughter Justine as our day-of coordinators. From the very beginning, Connie went above and beyond. She met with me months before the wedding to ensure we had every detail planned out. She was always extremely responsive, flexible with any last-minute changes (even up to the day before!), and gave me so much peace of mind throughout the process. During our rehearsal, Connie walked us through the order and timing, and we left feeling fully prepared and confident. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly thanks to her coordination. She handled all communication with vendors and our bridal party, so we didn’t have to stress about a single detail. The decor and table settings turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. She took my inspiration photos and brought them to life perfectly, while also adding her own creative touches that elevated everything. If you haven't hired Connie to coordinate your wedding day you're missing out! She and her assistant were amazing. Our day went off without a hitch. Even when I didn't know I needed something, Connie knew and was there to help. It was HOT all day but you would have never known the way both gals zipped around our venue to set up and keep the day going and managed to have smiles on their faces. Thank you so much for being a part of making our dream wedding come true.

We are a mother and daughter team you always get 2 people We have expanded and now have a 5 person team. My daughter and I are co-owners and you are guaranteed 1 of us at your wedding if not both of us. All calls and emails are handled by Me (Connie) we as a team meet the day before to go through all details of your wedding and print for a binder to take with us. You will always get 110% from all of us. We are consistently moving to and looking at the day seeing where we are needed.

We have done 92 weddings. We have been in business since 2021 and since have expanded our business and now have a team of 5. You always get one owner with you and one helper at your event. We travel all over Michigan, Ohio and Indiana if we travel over 2 hours we do ask for a hotel stay. We do monthly calls. We walk venues to know exactly how you want things placed. We use headsets so we are not always hunting for each other or people if you need us you may walkie us and we will run for you while we are setting up We will run errands for you on the day of the wedding.

We are a full planning and coordinating service provider. We do showers, rehearsals, baby showers, birthdays and corporate events.

We are here for you. When you need us we are there. Our package includes full day with no time limit. We can start at 8:30 and end at 12:30am. We will do at least 3 calls up until the wedding. Each month you will get updates and reminders of things you may have forgotten. We provide checklist and can help with seating charts with our templates that show exactly who sets at what spot when we are provided a seating chart name list. If you choose the 2 day package we will help run the rehearsal and practice until you are confident.
