I have been in the wedding industry 15 years. Husband and wife owned. I believe every client should be treated as you are like family. With over 300 weddings under us over 6 years we know how to go above and beyond. Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. We have no time caps.
We are there to help take stress off of you and family. We start from day 1 with you not just day of so we get to know you and your vision. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow for free when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night. we do several calls. In our showroom you can set up mock tables and use our inventory. I am type A & provide a flow chart with questions you may not have thought of. Open communication 24/7. Best choice I made (after my husband)
Working with Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinating was such a relief from start to finish. Planning an out of state wedding we knew we wanted a coordinator and we struck gold with Connie and Justine. They communicated quickly with us in a straightforward way that never felt like too much to handle, and they clearly knew what they were doing. We loved the word document that broke everything down, made everything feel so less overwhelming. What really stood out was their inventory of products we could use—it saved us time and money we didn't expect to save. The week of our wedding, they handled all the vendor calls and coordination so my husband and I could just focus on getting ready and enjoying the drive up. Throughout the entire night, they made sure we were taken care of and everything ran smoothly. We honestly couldn't have asked for better support leading up to our wedding day.

I’m glad I hired Connie and her team. I would have never had the wedding I did without them. I know many people go back and forth about these types of services i did too but at the end of the day you need people like Connie and the quality of services provided was excellent.

Unorganized Wedding Day
I appreciated Connie’s attention to detail and responsiveness throughout the planning process. Prior to the wedding, I felt confident that she understood our vision and the details we had carefully planned. Unfortunately, our experience on the actual wedding day did not meet those expectations. There were several important details that were missed or not handled as we had discussed. Items were misplaced, décor was not set up correctly, and there were issues throughout the day that added unnecessary stress to what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. What was most difficult for us was that we were left feeling like we had to worry about things that we had specifically hired a coordinator to handle. I was extremely upset and emotional during parts of my wedding day because of how things were unfolding, and that is something I will unfortunately always remember. I want to be clear that I am not writing this review because I am looking for a refund or compensation. The wedding is over, and nothing can change that day. I am sharing this feedback because I genuinely hope it is taken seriously and that future couples do not have the same experience. Connie has expressed that she cares deeply about her couples and has apologized for what happened, and I appreciate that. I hope the feedback from our experience can be used to improve the coordination and execution process for future weddings. There were certainly good moments throughout the planning process, but ultimately, the experience on our wedding day fell significantly short of what we expected when hiring a wedding coordinator.

Fairy godmother to the rescue!
Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinating recently provided full coordination and decor services for my wedding. I booked them over a year in advance and I'm so glad I did! Connie, Justine, and Danielle were incredible to work with. Connie had many planning meetings with me leading up to the wedding. Her experience with my venue and vendors meant that she had levels of inside knowledge and attention to detail that even a type A bride couldn't match. Justine was very helpful when I went to the decor showroom. I was very overwhelmed with how to decorate and Justine was great at showing different options and providing suggestions. It is amazing that Beautiful Crazy provides everything they do-- timeline creation, planning meetings, advice, decor, and everything they do on the actual day of the wedding-- for what they charge. Connie was very much my fairy godmother during the planning process. She answered all of my questions and was great at making a stressed-out bride feel understood and heard. She helped me make big decisions and respected my wishes and choices, and worked very hard to bring everything to life. The Wednesday before my wedding, Connie got sick and graciously let us know as soon as she did so she did not put our elderly guests at risk. She then swiftly adjusted and pulled in Danielle. The planning Connie and I had done, including Connie’s recommendations for organizing all the decor I brought, meant that Danielle was able to seamlessly jump in and bring my vision to life. The decor setup by Danielle was absolutely perfect and the tables were beautiful. We got so many compliments on the centerpieces. Danielle also worked with the other vendors and adapted last minute to weather that made us move the site of our ceremony. She took care of everything and took a lot of worry off my plate. My guests said the transition was seamless and I really value how Danielle protected the guest experience during the adjustment. Working with Danielle and Beautiful Crazy was very easy. They were always responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I hope they start charging more in the future because their services are truly a step above what you'll find elsewhere. Of everything in the budget, Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinating was the best money we spent.

Connie is amazing!
Connie with Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinating was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She checked in with me almost every month leading up to the wedding to go over details, answer questions, and make sure everything was coming together exactly as I envisioned. Knowing she was always available gave me so much peace of mind during the planning process. On our wedding day, she truly went above and beyond. Whenever unexpected things came up—like the wind making some of my original plans difficult—she reached out to my maid of honor or my mom instead of bothering me, and they came up with beautiful alternatives that kept everything looking amazing. I was able to stay present and enjoy the day without worrying about the little details. She also made sure my husband and I always had drinks in our hands, brought our dinner plates to our table, kept the timeline running smoothly, and handled teardown at the end of the night so we didn’t have to think about a thing. Connie’s organization, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference, and I truly can’t imagine our wedding day without her. If you’re looking for a coordinator who will treat your wedding like it’s her own, I cannot recommend Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinating enough!
