We are a mother daughter team who treat you like family. With over 173 weddings under us. Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have no time caps. We have expanded and are taking more weddings with our 5 star team of 6.

We are there to help take stress off of you and family. We start from day 1 with you not just day of so we get to know you and your vision. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow for free when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night. we do several calls. In our showroom you can set up mock tables and use our inventory. We are a mother/daughter team who bring passion and love. you are family not clients. We start from day one when you reserve your date. Helping find all vendors and joining the calls with you to help you ask all the right questions. We help with set up, tear down and timeline on the day of the wedding and serve as your go to person

this is a 2 day package we help with planning from time of booking to day of. we help with rehearsal, set up, tear down, bussing, errands and free use of our inventory

Your day of starts the day you save the date with us we are not just day of coordinators we hold several meetings via zoom or calls -Setup/teardown of ceremony/reception -Unlimited communication via email/phone -Timeline creation -Help with seating chart -Vendor confirmations -Day of contact for vendors - -Use of our standard decor. $875 plus travel fee Add bussing to pkg for $140 extra

    Our wedding would not have run so smoothly and flawlessly if it wasn’t for Connie and her team! Connie was our day of coordinator. She went above and beyond as a day of coordinator by having multiple meetings prior to our wedding day to ensure that we thought about every detail to make our day just as we envisioned it. As an out of state couple, Connie and her team were flexible to meet with us based on our busy schedule. Additionally, she perfectly executed her job the day of our wedding by doing all the behind the scenes work that would have caused us stress. She did things like ensure set up/ take down of decorations, coordinated with other vendors to ensure they were ready on time, ensured we had tried all of our hor’durves during cocktail hour while we socialized, and much more. The overall experience was phenomenal and we would highly recommend her team for any size/type of wedding!

    Connie & Justine were so incredibly helpful. In the beginning, I was crazy enough to think I may not need a DOC until I had my first phone call with Connie. You think you have everything together but they TRULY do. They do not miss a detail. From the beginning, they schedule your meetings together and give you an outline of what to work on and guide you on the goal timeframe to have certain things done. They give great recommendations when you feel lost or overwhelmed. We had a rehearsal the day before our wedding to set up decor and do a mock ceremony. They were there before us, already setting up decor and getting everything organized. They did great directing everyone & keeping the focus of a large wedding party. I also can’t say how amazing it is that they have decor you can rent for booking with them. That is UNHEARD of with all of the coordinators I looked at. Even the night before the wedding they were able to get last minute details that I had forgotten. The day of, Justine did amazing. She made sure to let you enjoy your day but also check in to make sure everything was running smoothly. I truly did not have a single thing go wrong the day of the wedding. And if something did, I’m sure Justine took care of it without me ever knowing. I also have to say that Connie worked closely with me even while her husband was battling a severe illness in the hospital. That type of dedication is truly admirable and there is no question that I could have had such a great day without them. Thank you ladies!! P.S. I donated these centerpieces to their collection so if you would like them for your wedding you should book with them!

    From the moment we started working with Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication style was fast, friendly, detail-oriented, and incredibly responsive - exactly what you want in a wedding planner. The quality of their work and the value they provided was fantastic. They were truly the dream team for our wedding, handling everything from setting up the entire reception to ensuring all the details were in place. They even went above and beyond, making sure my flower arrangement was fixed right away when there was an issue. Connie and her team were attentive to us throughout the day, always ensuring we had snacks and drinks. The rehearsal went smoothly thanks to their guidance, and on the day of, I didn't have to worry about a single thing because I knew they had our backs.     Connie and Justine are so great! Everything ran so smoothly and our wedding was beautiful! Connie made sure to keep us on track and the timeline moving. Very detailed oriented and had everything under control all day. She handled any issues that came up quickly and quietly! As far as I am aware everything ran smoothly all day and we had no issues! (I know this is never the case so she did a great job) Also very attentive to my husband and I. The whole day she made sure we had water, something to eat, something to drink for speeches and toastings. Everything was perfect and all the guests left happy! Thank you Connie!! :)
