We are a mother daughter team who treat you like family. With over 173 weddings under us. Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have no time caps. We have expanded and are taking more weddings with our 5 star team of 6.
We are there to help take stress off of you and family. We start from day 1 with you not just day of so we get to know you and your vision. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow for free when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night. we do several calls. In our showroom you can set up mock tables and use our inventory. We are a mother/daughter team who bring passion and love. you are family not clients. If you haven't hired Connie to coordinate your wedding day you're missing out! She and her assistant were amazing. Our day went off without a hitch. Even when I didn't know I needed something, Connie knew and was there to help. It was HOT all day but you would have never known the way both gals zipped around our venue to set up and keep the day going and managed to have smiles on their faces. Thank you so much for being a part of making our dream wedding come true.

Connie and Justine did such a wonderful job with our wedding and planning! Despite a rainy forecast that threatened to ruin our special day—Connie and Justine were able to pivot and ensure that the everything went perfectly. They are professional, great communicators, and have a wonderful eye for detail. Throughout the planning process Connie & Justine ensured that every little detail was considered and thought of, they checked in often— and were available to troubleshoot anytime my partner or I needed a little additional help. I cannot stress enough how caring and thoughtful Connie & Justine are—they really take care of their clients and business! Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinators were a tremendous asset to my daughter's wedding day. They had great communication throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. The team went above and beyond, taking care of so many details that I didn’t have to worry about. They were amazing and I would highly recommend hiring these ladies for your wedding!

Wow where do I even start. We were on the edge of booking a coordinator or not at first but I seen a bride recommended Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator and things were getting stressful in the planning so we decided to book with Justine and Connie. Now that the entire wedding is done they were hands down the best purchase we made for our big day! Not only did they help keep me on track in the prior months but the rehearsal and wedding they were an absolute dream helping set up and run rehearsal! Morning of my wedding I just relaxed and eventually walked down stairs to see the beautiful decor that they put together. It was better than I could ever dream of..they took care of everything and made our day so stress free and so special! Even when they were going to a huge family emergency they still made time to reach out to me which meant so much to us. Thank you Justine and Connie. Our day was absolutely perfect and none of that would have happened with you two!! Thank you!
