We are a mother daughter team who treat you like family. With over 173 weddings under us. Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have no time caps. We have expanded and are taking more weddings with our 5 star team of 6.

We are there to help take stress off of you and family. We start from day 1 with you not just day of so we get to know you and your vision. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow for free when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night. we do several calls. In our showroom you can set up mock tables and use our inventory. We are a mother/daughter team who bring passion and love. you are family not clients. The team at Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator was absolutely amazing to work with. Their communication style was excellent - they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and truly a lifesaver throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was the best we could have asked for. They helped calm our nerves the day before the wedding and the day of, and solved any and all problems that came up seamlessly. We don't know what we would have done without their incredible support and expertise. They truly made our special day perfect in every way.

Let me start by saying that I am a very Type A person, especially when it came to wedding planning. I went back and forth on the day-of-coordinator decision for a while, so much so that I put out inquiries and then took a bit to respond. Connie was the one to follow up with me, being transparent with her pricing, tasks, & offering to schedule a call. I immediately looked into their reviews, and could only find glowing ones. After my first call with Connie, I knew it was the best decision. Her and Justine were detailed, thorough, and thought of things I had not. They never pressured me, always offering ideas and ways to take stress away. On the day of, their work was nothing short of outstanding - the entire event executed to perfection. Connie kept my husband and I stress-free, making sure we were enjoying our night as much as everyone else. She even kept bringing us drinks and food throughout the night, and sat with our guests, blending in seamlessly as if she were attending the wedding herself. Connie was genuinely so excited for us and in ensuring our special day was a complete and thoughtful success. We cannot recommend Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator highly enough!

Hiring Connie was one of the best decisions I made throughout wedding planning! She messaged me all throughout the wedding process to make sure I was staying on top of normal welding ‘to-do’s at different times like booking vendors, sending invites, & scheduling appointments! she always made sure to know she was available if i had questions! Throughout our wedding process, she went through a family emergency with her husband & still prioritized us to make sure we had everything we needed! we got on multiple calls leading up to the wedding day to go over details to make sure we all were on the same page! rehearsal night & wedding day i was able to be stress free knowing they were there to take care of the big & small things for me! She made sure vendors were going to her for questions instead of me so I could enjoy the day! Our wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Beautiful Crazy Coordinating!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Connie! She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and hard work made our wedding day everything I hoped it would be. Connie organized all the little details, helped set up, and cleaned up afterward, with such professionalism and care. We are a mother and daughter team you always get 2 people We have expanded and now have a 5 person team. My daughter and I are co-owners and you are guaranteed 1 of us at your wedding if not both of us. All calls and emails are handled by Me (Connie) we as a team meet the day before to go through all details of your wedding and print for a binder to take with us. You will always get 110% from all of us. We are consistently moving to and looking at the day seeing where we are needed.

We have done 92 weddings. We have been in business since 2021 and since have expanded our business and now have a team of 5. You always get one owner with you and one helper at your event. We travel all over Michigan, Ohio and Indiana if we travel over 2 hours we do ask for a hotel stay. We do monthly calls. We walk venues to know exactly how you want things placed. We use headsets so we are not always hunting for each other or people if you need us you may walkie us and we will run for you while we are setting up We will run errands for you on the day of the wedding.

We are a full planning and coordinating service provider. We do showers, rehearsals, baby showers, birthdays and corporate events.

We are here for you. When you need us we are there. Our package includes full day with no time limit. We can start at 8:30 and end at 12:30am. We will do at least 3 calls up until the wedding. Each month you will get updates and reminders of things you may have forgotten. We provide checklist and can help with seating charts with our templates that show exactly who sets at what spot when we are provided a seating chart name list. If you choose the 2 day package we will help run the rehearsal and practice until you are confident.
