I have been in the wedding industry 15 years. Husband and wife owned. I believe every client should be treated as you are like family. With over 300 weddings under us over 6 years we know how to go above and beyond. Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. We have no time caps.

We are there to help take stress off of you and family conncass48 yahoo for more info. We start from day 1 with you not just day of so we get to know you and your vision. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow for free when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night. we do several calls. In our showroom you can set up mock tables and use our inventory. I am type A & provide a flow chart with questions you may not have thought of. Open communication 24/7. We start from day one when you reserve your date. Helping find all vendors and joining the calls with you to help you ask all the right questions. We help with set up, tear down and timeline on the day of the wedding and serve as your go to person

this is a 2 day package we help with planning from time of booking to day of. we help with rehearsal, set up, tear down, bussing, errands and free use of our inventory

    Amazing coordinator and decor!

    Wedding planning comes with a lot of comparing vendors and making decisions. THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO HIRE BEAUTIFUL CRAZY DAY OF COORDINATING to be your day-of coordinator and save yourself money, time, and a nervous breakdown, ha. Seriously, this can be a quick-one less thing to worry about decision, cause Connie will get the job DONE and then some. She seriously went above and beyond from the second we hired her to even after the wedding. “Day-of Coordinator” doesn’t feel right with how much communication and effort Connie gave. Throughout the entire process she throughly communicated (so not just closer to the wedding, there were regular meetings scheduled and casual check-ins) and any questions I had, she was always able to answer and I trusted her experience to help us with the logistics of the wedding, down to every detail. Especially the ones I forgot about. Beyond her logistical expertise, she also has a small warehouse of various decor items you can rent from her. Day of, I gave her some control over decorating with what I had as I simply couldn’t decorate it all and she arranged things so beautifully even adding in her own personal items, I noticed all of the details she added in throughout the night. Her work ethic is absolutely incredible and I cannot imagine any other professional that could work harder and better than Connie. I cannot believe how much time effort and care Connie continuously gave for such a great price. Hire her!

    Best choice I made (after my husband)

    Working with Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinating was such a relief from start to finish. Planning an out of state wedding we knew we wanted a coordinator and we struck gold with Connie and Justine. They communicated quickly with us in a straightforward way that never felt like too much to handle, and they clearly knew what they were doing. We loved the word document that broke everything down, made everything feel so less overwhelming. What really stood out was their inventory of products we could use—it saved us time and money we didn't expect to save. The week of our wedding, they handled all the vendor calls and coordination so my husband and I could just focus on getting ready and enjoying the drive up. Throughout the entire night, they made sure we were taken care of and everything ran smoothly. We honestly couldn't have asked for better support leading up to our wedding day.

    I’m glad I hired Connie and her team. I would have never had the wedding I did without them. I know many people go back and forth about these types of services i did too but at the end of the day you need people like Connie and the quality of services provided was excellent.

    Best Choice Ever

We are a mother and daughter team you always get 2 people We have expanded and now have a 5 person team. My daughter and I are co-owners and you are guaranteed 1 of us at your wedding if not both of us. All calls and emails are handled by Me (Connie) we as a team meet the day before to go through all details of your wedding and print for a binder to take with us. You will always get 110% from all of us. We are consistently moving to and looking at the day seeing where we are needed.
We have done 92 weddings. We have been in business since 2021 and since have expanded our business and now have a team of 5. You always get one owner with you and one helper at your event. We travel all over Michigan, Ohio and Indiana if we travel over 2 hours we do ask for a hotel stay. We do monthly calls. We walk venues to know exactly how you want things placed. We use headsets so we are not always hunting for each other or people if you need us you may walkie us and we will run for you while we are setting up We will run errands for you on the day of the wedding.
We are a full planning and coordinating service provider. We do showers, rehearsals, baby showers, birthdays and corporate events.
We are here for you. When you need us we are there. Our package includes full day with no time limit. We can start at 8:30 and end at 12:30am. We will do at least 3 calls up until the wedding. Each month you will get updates and reminders of things you may have forgotten. We provide checklist and can help with seating charts with our templates that show exactly who sets at what spot when we are provided a seating chart name list. If you choose the 2 day package we will help run the rehearsal and practice until you are confident.
