Conveniently located between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo or Chicago and Detroit, Bay Pointe Inn overlooks the islands of Gun Lake and offers a variety of unique onsite event venues. The Lakefront Pavilion, BoatHouse Villa and the all new Bay Pointe Woods, are each exceptionally designed and comfortable event spaces. As a flexible all-season, venue, our events and banquet teams specialize in vibrant spring weddings, lavish summer ceremonies, twilight autumn weddings and indoor winter weddings where up to 300 guests are warmed by a floor to ceiling fireplace. Each of our unique venue spaces has been designed to ensure a successful event by enjoying a variety of event styles and effortless entertaining with family and friends.

Bay Pointe was an amazing venue for our wedding! The staff was extremely professional, fun, and witty throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they made sure we didn't have to worry about a single thing. The views were absolutely stunning and the entire day was filled with so much joy and laughter. Do yourself a favor and book your wedding here - you won't regret it!

Having our wedding at Bay Pointe was to put it simply: perfection. We booked our wedding over a year in advance and from the first few seconds that we stepped in for our tour of the venue, we were in love. Mariesa, our sales manager, was so personable and so accommodating. The entire process leading up to the wedding was so efficient working with Madison. She was so communicative and so easy to work with. All of our changes, questions, recommendations, literally everything - she had an answer to! We always felt so welcomed by the entire staff. Our rehearsal dinner at the Bay Pointe Bar and Grill was beautiful and the staff that night were amazing - they made sure we were doing ok, our family was fed and everyone was having a good time. Lauren, our day of coordinator was excellent at her job. She worked so well with all of our vendors and family. We had the BEST time ever. The value is worth the money you spend. A huge thank you to everyone on the Bay Pointe team who helped us along the way and the weekend of.

We had the most incredible wedding at Bay Pointe Woods in May 2024, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Baypointe woods was the perfect wedding venue! Not only was it close to home but it made it easier as they supply the food and bar, 2 less things you have to search for. Another thing is they have lots of places to stay from the cottages to hotel rooms across the street. We had the most perfect wedding day as everything went smoothly! Juno, Ashley, and Stephanie were all great to work with. Everyone was very responsive and made wedding planning a lot easier with timelines and due dates way far in advance. If you are looking for a private, large space, modern, open concept, pretty venue with AC then book baypointe woods now!
