Conveniently located between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo or Chicago and Detroit, Bay Pointe Inn overlooks the islands of Gun Lake and offers a variety of unique onsite event venues. The Lakefront Pavilion, BoatHouse Villa and the all new Bay Pointe Woods, are each exceptionally designed and comfortable event spaces. As a flexible all-season, venue, our events and banquet teams specialize in vibrant spring weddings, lavish summer ceremonies, twilight autumn weddings and indoor winter weddings where up to 300 guests are warmed by a floor to ceiling fireplace. Each of our unique venue spaces has been designed to ensure a successful event by enjoying a variety of event styles and effortless entertaining with family and friends.

    It was so nice to have someone to work with me up until the day of and our day of coordinator was amazing. Everyone that had been in weddings before stated that things went more smooth then most. On top of that it was beautiful! The food was amazing! And it went off without a hitch!

    Our wedding experience with Bay Pointe Inn was everything we could have hoped for plus more! Everything was absolutely perfect! It all started with our tour with Sales Manager Mariesa. She showed us the different venues to hold the wedding, and that’s when we fell in love with the Lakefront Pavilion and its beautiful views right on Gun Lake. From there, my fiancée and I worked with the Catering Event Manager Juno to plan the nitty and gritty details. Juno was a constant professional and helped us plan every second of our wedding and food details. The day of our wedding, Courtney took great care of us and ensured that everything went perfectly throughout the day. She even went above and beyond and arranged the flowers on our cake, which turned out beautifully! We couldn't have asked for a better event supervisor for our big day and we are so grateful to her for helping make the day perfect and stress-free. Thank you so much to everyone at Bay Pointe!

    From start to finish I can’t say enough about Ashley, Jessica, Stephanie, and Jocelyn! They were wonderful. our wedding was amazing and they make sure they have it just right! They make sure you feel special and made sure we had a drink to enjoy together as a married couple. I was able to taste every single one of my appetizers, and I felt so included in my own wedding day without being stressed out. Just when you think your spoiled enough, this team just adds a little more. The cabins and hotel were perfect. Luxury but tucked away is exactly what we needed! We spent 4 nights up here with our friends and family and can’t say enough about this place.

    Look no further for an awesome wedding experience. Shout out to Juno, we worked with her throughout the planning process, she was always so responsive and professional! Also, Liz was our day-of contact, she was also awesome. We had the most amazing wedding and Bay Pointe helped make it perfect. The food was amazing, we got so many compliments on the food and the location. My husband and I both can’t recommend Bay Pointe enough!
