A former Pabst Blue Ribbon distribution warehouse has been transformed into Watermark Solarium, showcasing barrel-aged beer and private events / weddings. Our venue was designed around the goal of helping our clients host the "best party of their entire lives".

Amazing venue and people!
Watermark Solarium is a beautiful venue and has amazing people to work with. Communication was quick and easy. Jess made the experience so smooth for my husband and I. Pricing was communicated from the get go with no hidden or added fees. We would recommend the venue to anyone!
To book, we require a signed rental agreement and a non refundable deposit of half of the rental fee. This is also a payment towards your rental fee. The remaining balance, drink package +6% sales tax on total rental fee is due one month prior to your event.
Payments can be made by Check, Cash, Credit Card (a 3% fee is added for credit card payments).

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
