About this venue
Ivy House was started by Candice Grant, and her husband Brian in 2021. The owners love for Saugatuck, its people, its food and its experiences drew them to open a venue here! Most of our on site venue tours are done by the owners, as they have a hands on approach to managing their venue and connecting with their clients! Ivy House’s purpose is to be a space where everyone is welcome to celebrate! Whether you are looking to put a ring on it, acknowledge a milestone or meet with your team - we would love to be your gathering place! Ivy House sits on a spacious 7 acres. The property contains the brand new reception space, a greenhouse, two suites, a large outdoor cocktail area and covered patio! Beautiful Venue & an Incredible Team
We had such a wonderful experience with Ivy House! Planning with our coordinator, Tiffany, was genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. She brought so much experience and expertise to the process and helped me piece together all of my ideas into a clear vision for our wedding day. I always felt confident that everything was coming together exactly as I had hoped. On the wedding day, everything was incredibly organized, which allowed me to simply enjoy the day without worrying about the details. Tiffany and the entire Ivy House staff were so supportive and always there whenever I needed anything. Beyond the amazing team, the venue itself is absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our celebration. We are so happy we chose Ivy House and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with a team that truly helps bring your vision to life!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about The Ivy House. Our wedding day was everything I had ever dreamed of and more, and so much of that is because of this incredible venue and team. Every detail was absolutely perfect, and they made the entire day feel so uniquely us. From the beautiful property to the seamless execution, everything exceeded our expectations. I especially have to recognize our coordinator, Nature. She is simply amazing. From the very beginning, she was patient, organized, kind, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. She made me feel heard every step of the way, offered thoughtful guidance whenever I needed it, and handled every detail so effortlessly that I was able to be completely present on my wedding day. I truly believe our day would not have been what it was without her. She took everything I had imagined and somehow made it even better than I could have dreamed. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that is not only stunning but also has a team that truly cares about you and your vision, The Ivy House is it. We are still reliving our wedding day over and over because it was just that perfect. We are forever grateful to Nature and the entire Ivy House team for giving us the best day of our lives.

I highly recommend hosting your event at the Ivy House. I was married here in January, and from start to finish the experience was incredible. Every member of the staff was kind, helpful, and professional, especially our wedding planner, Tiffany. On our wedding day, I didn’t worry about a single thing. After a year of working closely together, I fully trusted Tiffany to execute my vision, and she delivered beyond our expectations. She expertly guided us through the entire planning process and helped bring the wedding of our dreams to life. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and even in January the greenhouse was a comfortable 71 degrees. The bridal suite is spacious and beautiful, with plenty of mirrors, a private bathroom, and ample room for the entire bridal party. While the groom’s suite is more modest, it was still a very nice space for the time it’s used. The hospitality at the Ivy House is truly top-notch. They have excellent relationships with trusted vendors, which made navigating the many wedding decisions so much easier. The option to rent décor through their in-house company, Charm Decor, was also a huge bonus, especially for couples who prefer not to DIY. An incredible venue and team from start to finish!

Look no further, you have found your wedding venue! Ivy House truly checks all the boxes when it comes to a wedding venue, especially when it comes to their day-of coordination. Having such a professional, organized, and supportive team made the entire planning process feel seamless from start to finish. Nature was absolutely incredible. From our monthly planning meetings to the big day itself, she kept everything running smoothly, organized, and stress-free. On the wedding day, she was calm, attentive, and completely on top of every detail, we truly felt like we could relax and enjoy every moment knowing we were in such good hands. Nature went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it, and we honestly can’t imagine our day without her. We can’t recommend Nature and the entire Ivy House team enough, they are truly exceptional!
