About this venue
Ivy House was started by Candice Grant, and her husband Brian in 2021. The owners love for Saugatuck, its people, its food and its experiences drew them to open a venue here! Most of our on site venue tours are done by the owners, as they have a hands on approach to managing their venue and connecting with their clients! Ivy House’s purpose is to be a space where everyone is welcome to celebrate! Whether you are looking to put a ring on it, acknowledge a milestone or meet with your team - we would love to be your gathering place! Ivy House sits on a spacious 7 acres. The property contains the brand new reception space, a greenhouse, two suites, a large outdoor cocktail area and covered patio! LOCATION: Saugatuck, Michigan VIBES: Classic Fresh White, Abundant Greenery, Moody Bar and Features, High End Experiences & Unique Spaces ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS: Round Tables, Wooden Cross Back Chairs, Bountiful Greenery, Wide Open Spaces & Outdoor Seating

August Wedding
My new husband and I were thrilled with our experience at Ivy House Venue! Our coordinator Chloe was absolutely amazing and was there every step of the way keeping us on track. The getting ready suites, venue, and reception spaces were beautiful. Chloe made sure we had food, drink, and ample time to get ready and take photos. She contributed so much to making our wedding day perfect - she made sure everything flowed smoothly so we could relax and enjoy our special moments. I would highly recommend Ivy House to any engaged couple. Chloe and the entire team provide excellent communication and ensure all details are covered so you can have the wedding of your dreams!

We ADORE Ivy House! The venue's beauty and elegance speaks for itself, but the Ivy House team takes them above and beyond. Candice and Brian's energy is infectious, and it's no wonder why couples fall in love with Ivy House again and again! Every vendor I talk to loves Ivy House and couples are beaming with happiness all day. Ivy's grounds offer so many great landscapes for Photography and Videography, and I cannot forget to mention the greenhouse! It is so picturesque and is such a perfect setting for a ceremony. The details matter so much, and every time I visit it seems like there's a new addition to contribute to the venue's beauty and to better serve their couples. Very few venues provide such a wide range of offerings including day-of coordination, two getting-ready suites, rentals, bar options, table settings, and even abundant parking!
