As a photographer, I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly valuable it is to work alongside a planner who not only cares deeply for their clients, but also genuinely supports and advocates for the entire vendor team. Erica embodies that in every sense. From the moment we connected leading up to the wedding day, her communication was incredibly thoughtful, detailed, and organized. She made sure every vendor felt prepared and aligned, which sets the tone for a seamless and successful event. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond in every way. She was constantly checking in not only on the couple, but on each vendor as well, making sure everyone had what they needed and that the day was flowing smoothly. That level of awareness and intentionality is rare, and it makes such a difference. Because of Erica, I was able to fully focus on serving the couple and doing my job well, knowing everything else was being handled with care and excellence. From a vendor-to-vendor perspective, working with Erica is truly such a gift. She creates an environment that is calm, collaborative, and supportive, which ultimately leads to a better experience for everyone involved, especially the couple. Beyond her professionalism, she is simply a joy to be around. She brings such a genuine, kind presence and clearly has a heart for serving her couples in the best way possible! The planners are great. Very professional, communicative, and attentive to the couple. I first witnessed their service and dedication at a friend’s wedding and was thoroughly impressed. I would recommend!

She did an absolutely amazing job coordinating our wedding and went above and beyond our expectations in every way. We faced the unexpected challenge of a hurricane, which created numerous obstacles and last-minute changes, but she navigated everything beautifully with grace, professionalism, and incredible problem-solving skills. Her ability to think on her feet, make split-second decisions, and execute them seamlessly made all the difference in ensuring our day was special despite the circumstances. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a wedding planner. If you want someone who is adaptable, dependable, resourceful, and truly committed to making your wedding day amazing, she is the person you want by your side. We are so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t have asked for a better planner!

Erica was simply the best in every aspect of planning and execution of all the details of the day. I was planning from out of state, which naturally seems more difficult, but Erica was always kind, quick, and detail oriented, answering any questions I had. The week of, she handled all my final vendor coordination, which was EXTREMELY helpful, and many of my vendors noted that she was the most detailed and thorough coordinator that they had worked with. The night before and the day of, Erica was a huge reason that our table details and decorations got completed before ceremony time. She paid excellent attention to my vision and was able to execute it perfectly. My stress was so much lower because I had a coordinator I could depend on. Our ceremony went perfectly, and the timing was all coordinated by Erica as well. The reception was also always on schedule, and any issues or hiccups were always handled before I even knew about them. Erica also stayed until clean up was completely done, which was so appreciated especially by my family and friends. Erica and the Rustic Roots Events team is on my recommendation list to any bride!!
