Meagan is the owner of Magnolia Collective, a planning and design team that serves NC, VA, and destination clients. We focus on inclusive events for unique couples who are excited to start their lives together and being unique and nontraditional elements to their wedding day.
We love working with multicultural couples, nontraditional spaces, and telling unique love stories. We believe that love is love and that every couple is deserving of their story being told. Our team has over 40 years of combined experience and each planner comes with a different style and skillset which allows us to match clients with the planning team that's best for them.

Amazing!!
From the moment we booked Magnolia Collective as our wedding planners, their communication was prompt and extremely helpful and always. They were exceptional in their attention to detail and thoughtfulness throughout the entire planning process. Magnolia Collective handled all of the out-of-town vendor research, selection, and coordination, ensuring we had the perfect team in place. On the day of the wedding, their meticulous management of the logistics, vendor communication and overall set up allowed us to fully enjoy our special day without any stress or worry. We are so grateful to Magnolia Collective for making our wedding day truly exceptional.
September 2025 Wedding
Magnolia Collective, Lauren specifically was hands down my favorite vendor I booked. She was easy to talk to & very communicative, and reached out many times to see if i needed help with anything. She understood exactly what I was looking for design/layouts and the rhythm was i was looking on the day of. My bridesmaids are still talking about how awesome her and her assistant amber were. I've said several times now Lauren may forget me over time working through clients, but she made such a impact on our that I will never forget her. Feel truly blessed to have worked with such a great company!
A Perfect Experience
The team at Magnolia Collective is who you want at your side for your wedding day! We worked with Meagan, Lauren, and Abby and the experience could not have been more seamless. My husband and I were looking for a calm and confident planner who is LGBQTIA friendly, and found that in Magnolia Collective. We had some reservations about the utility of a planner for our wedding, as we felt it to be a small and straightforward affair, however we were quickly disabused of this notion the second Meagan and her team stepped in. Their extensive network of industry relationships made coordinating with vendors a breeze! More importantly, Meagan handled every one of our questions and concerns with grace, good humor, and a warm frankness that made us feel cared for and secure in her ability to lead the day. If there was an issue on the day of, we never knew it. I would recommend anyone trust the team at Magnolia Collective to take care of the logistics so you can focus on letting go and being present for your wedding day – you won’t regret it!
The BEST experience with Magnolia Collective!
We had the BEST time planning our wedding day with Magnolia Collective (MC). We unfortunately had some wedding venue "drama" along the way, and MC was so professional and helped address any concerns we had. I knew our wedding day was going to run like a well oiled machine, and I truly can't believe how perfect the day was. We did the partial planning package and it was definitely worth having that extra bit of planning support and onsite vendor visits. Highly recommend! :)
