The BEST Experience!
Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life! The whole day went beautifully and I know it’s because Bre was working her magic behind the scenes. She stayed until the last moment of clean up and made sure all our personal items and gifts made it home with us. Beyond just receiving a great service, it was so special to work with someone who truly celebrated with us and took care of us like we were old friends. I would 100% recommend working with Magical Moments and wish we could get married again to continue working with them!

You won't regret choosing Bre!
We absolutely loved working with Bre! She was so organized and communicated so well! I am a naturally anxious person and I found her to be so reassuring, and even noticed her positively reframing some of my negative thoughts (I called myself a bridezilla and she said that I am just being particular and that I am allowed to be particular on my wedding day, which I REALLY appreciated). My family and wedding party raved about Bre as well, and everyone noticed how hard she worked to keep us on schedule, while still bringing authenticity and peace to the day. Bre was our knight in shining armor for not only our wedding day, but everything leading up to it! We had quite a few "fires" come up in our planning that were out of our control, and Bre was with us every step of the way to make sure we were calm, organized, and prepared to take on whatever came next. Our wedding day was truly one of the best days of our lives, and we owe that to Bre! Cannot recommend her enough!!

The best wedding coordinator ever!!
Bre helped my husband and I throughout the wedding planning process and was there on our special day to make sure everything went smoothly and without any hiccups. Our wedding couldn’t have been possible without her. If I could give her a million stars I would, cause that’s how amazing she is. She made the drive more than once for our walkthrough, the rehearsal and for the day of the wedding. She made changes to the timeline up to the week of the wedding when there were still things on our end we wanted to include or change. She also eased my mind with her kind words and advice cause I was constantly freaking out about the wedding and whether it would go well. And she reassured that everything will be okay and that it will be the best day ever no matter what happens. She is kind, sweet, caring, helpful, attentive, quick to respond, and just the most amazing person all around. I’m so sad that everything is over now and I don’t get to be in contact with her anymore! Please don’t look any further for a wedding coordinator cause you’ve found the best one right here who will make sure your day goes as planned and that you have everything you need! Pick Bre!
I had a great experience with Bre! She always showed up with high energy and the utmost care for our big day. There were some times leading up to the wedding that I was stressing big time and she handled it all with grace while easing my concerns. Not to mention she's super responsive with her communications to us and the vendors. The day of the event she was on top of everything so it all ran seamlessly and I was able to be present to enjoy the day. Thank you so much Bre! If you're considering Bre for your wedding let this be that final push you need to lock her down!
