I've always had a deep passion for organizing and planning which is why I chose to start my own Event Planning business. I knew at a young age being a Special Events/Wedding Planner is a dream I wanted to pursue.

I am an experienced, detailed, creative, easy to work with, and reasonable event planner. I am also a 2024 "Best of Weddings" award winner and a 2024 "Couple's Choice" award winner. For just opening my business officially a few years ago, I have already won these two awards

    Couldn’t have done it without her!

    Working with Everlasting Moments was such a smooth experience from start to finish. Their team stayed in touch with us regularly and always gave us clear updates on what was happening next, which made planning feel less stressful. They kept everything organized and on track leading up to our wedding day, and their thoughtfulness showed in every detail. On the day itself, the helpers on their team were incredibly attentive and jumped in whenever we needed something, making sure everything ran perfectly. We felt taken care of from the moment we hired them, and their kindness made the whole process feel special. We would absolutely recommend Everlasting Moments to any couple looking for a planner who truly cares about their vision.

    Jackie is an Amazing Wedding Planner

    Working with Everlasting Moments was a game-changer for our wedding day. Jackie stayed on top of everything and responded to our needs right away—when it rained before our ceremony, she moved us inside with all our decorations without missing a beat. She also caught that we'd only booked our bartender for five hours and quietly arranged for an extra one so our guests never noticed a gap in service. What impressed us most was how Jackie thinks ahead and plans for every detail, which saved us real money since she has tons of wedding items couples can borrow. Her communication was crystal clear from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We'd recommend Everlasting Moments to any couple looking for a planner who truly has their back.

    Thank you Jackie!!

    Jackie was so organized and helped bring every detail of our wedding day to life! We are so thankful for the ways she both carried out the plan and helped pivot when external factors came up. She saved us from having to worry about any logistics on our wedding day so we (and our families) could just relax, enjoy, and be present, which was worth every penny! One thing that sets Jackie apart is her inventory, which she lets her clients use for free! This saved us from buying very many one-time use decorations like vases, candles, etc, which was good for both our wallets and the environment. Jackie is quick, professional, responsive, and friendly. Very easy to work with and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

    So nice and easy to work with!

    Jackie was wonderful to work with. I had a really clear vision of what I wanted and she executed it with beauty bringing creative ideas and suggestions along the way. She coordinated all of our day of vendors seamlessly, made sure our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch and even suggested a makeup artist when I was struggling to find one ing price range. Even though we only did day of coordination- she was always there to answer questions throughout our planning process, and was kind and accessible. She also has a great inventory of decor items we made great use of that also saved us from making a lot of single use purchases! Highly recommend working with her if you want a really easy to work with planner who will be a reliable coordinator on your big day!

    November 2025 Wedding

    We absolutely adored Jackie and her daughter Madison while working together for our November 2025 wedding. Jackie came in and was willing to roll with the punches, including communication delays on our end, last minute planning shifts, and a vision that all came together in the final days leading up to the event. We got her on board maybe two months before the big day, and she was ready to jump right in with us! Jackie is a bubbly personality who is readily available when you need her. She centers the bride and groom throughout the entire process, making stressful moments feel easy, because as you get inundated with 100 opinions, she's simply there to hear and honor YOURS. She dealt with vendor snaffus like a champion, I have every confidence there were things that occurred day of that we still have no clue about because she handled it behind the scenes and we never had to hear about it! Her daughter being her partner for the events was a huge asset, as they work as a seamless team with a dynamic and inherent understanding of what the other one needs in that moment. The decision to go with Jackie was easy, her enthusiasm was immediate and genuine. Unlike other potential planners we spoke with, one thing we most enjoyed was her "behind the scenes" attitude. While friendly, excited, and truly a huge fan of love and life partnership, she also maintained very clear professional boundary lines and put the professional relationship first. We feel a genuine kinship and respect blossomed (she's the best!!), but very much appreciated that she was there to do the job first and be friendly with us second. The team has an inventory you can pull from, which we did, and that helped us cut down on some one-time item costs as well (for example, we borrowed one of their letter boxes for guests to leave their envelopes)! Our vendors were already secured prior to connecting with Everlasting Moments, but if you're in the earlier stages of planning I would highly suggest bringing the team in to assist you. Based on our experience with their vendor relationships from our event, they would be a huge asset as you're navigating those handful of "big items" in your planning journey and making those first initial decisions. Everlasting Moments was a gigantic asset to our wedding weekend, worth every penny and then some. Their calm (and often time hilarious) demeanor really added to the entire weekend. Our hope is that every couple getting married has as much of a positive experience with their coordinator/planner as we did!
