The best part of our wedding day

On the wedding day itself, my husband and I didn't worry about a single logistical detail. If there were behind-the-scenes hiccups, we never knew about them because everything was handled so proactively. You can't put a price on actually being fully present to enjoy your own wedding, and they gave us that gift. If you are on the fence about booking, stop looking and hire them immediately.

    The best planner there is

Choosing Golden Hour Weddings & Events as our planner was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, our planner took our scattered ideas and transformed them into something beautiful, all while keeping us calm and organized through the whole process. The biggest lifesaver was how she handled our reception room flip, we had a super tight window to transform our ceremony space into the dining room, and she coordinated the vendors like clockwork. She's so much more than just a planner; she's a rock under pressure and knows how to navigate every moving part of a wedding day without stressing you out. Her quick communication, helpful attitude, and availability made all the difference when obstacles came up. We honestly can't thank her enough for making our day so special.

For full-service planning, we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months before your target wedding date. For day-of coordination, most couples secure their date with us 6 to 9 months in advance.
This depends on your package! Full-service clients enjoy regular, continuous collaboration throughout the planning lifecycle. For coordination clients, we typically kick off our official planning phase about 4-6 months out with a deep-dive consultation, followed by venue walkthroughs and final timeline reviews.
All weddings will always have 2 coordinators on site the day of the wedding. Depending on size of the wedding we can always bring in more coordinators as we see fit.
Our packages are tailored to the scope of your event, guest count, vendors needed, and design needs. We offer flat-fee pricing for our core coordination and planning packages. Reach out via our contact form to request our detailed investment guide, or send us a message.
Yes! A 50% deposit is due at the date of signing the contract, to secure your date. The remaining 50% of the total amount, is due no later than 1 month before the wedding.
