We truly had no idea how much of a blessing Sydney and her team would be when we made the decision to hire a day of coordinator. It was absolutely the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding journey. Sydney took care of us thoroughly and completely from start to finish, from the suggested timeline, the vendor recommendations, the venue walk through, the planning session, tip recommendations, patience & grace with texts and questions, the rehearsal coordination, decor transportation & set up, vendor coordination to handling EVERYTHING that was in her control (including crazy heat), the day of the wedding. We were able to be completely in the moment and soak in one of the most special days of our lives. Her contributions were priceless and she quickly became a trusted friend. Thank you so much!

On the wedding day itself, my husband and I didn't worry about a single logistical detail. If there were behind-the-scenes hiccups, we never knew about them because everything was handled so proactively. You can't put a price on actually being fully present to enjoy your own wedding, and they gave us that gift. If you are on the fence about booking, stop looking and hire them immediately.

Choosing Golden Hour Weddings & Events as our planner was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, our planner took our scattered ideas and transformed them into something beautiful, all while keeping us calm and organized through the whole process. The biggest lifesaver was how she handled our reception room flip, we had a super tight window to transform our ceremony space into the dining room, and she coordinated the vendors like clockwork. She's so much more than just a planner; she's a rock under pressure and knows how to navigate every moving part of a wedding day without stressing you out. Her quick communication, helpful attitude, and availability made all the difference when obstacles came up. We honestly can't thank her enough for making our day so special.
