Hi! We are Studio Ace! Studio Ace is wedding photography business that specializes in illustrating love stories with an authentic and documentary-style approach. Founded in 2016 by Shannon and Bekah, a LGBTQ+ couple, Studio Ace celebrates the uniqueness and beauty of every love story, regardless of gender, orientation, or identity. With a focus on weddings, elopements, and engagements, we travel far and wide to document heartfelt moments that unfold naturally, creating timeless memories that reflect your true selves.

Our documentary, photojournalistic approach to photography allows us to authentically portray the genuine emotions of our clients. Our favorites are capturing natural, in-the-moment shots that beautifully reflect the true feelings of each individual and occasion. We strive to make sure everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera and understand that some times it just feels awkward! In each session and wedding, we try to lean into that to create pictures and galleries that capture you exactly as you are!

I'm a photographer and have been lucky to work with Studio Ace on a few weddings together. I love that they are so professional, ready for anything and so talented. I highly recommend them to capture your portraits or wedding!

One thing we pride ourselves on is being able to turnaround our galleries quickly. Most of the time galleries will be delivered within 1-2 weeks after your portrait session! For weddings, you will receive a delicately curated online gallery with all your photos within roughly 4-6 weeks after your big day (most of the time our turnaround time is less, it depends on whether or not your wedding is during peak season). Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.

We do! Just let us know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and we’ll send that over to them.

We live in Greensboro and typically shoot anywhere in North Carolina and BEYOND. Yes, we LOVE to travel! If you want us to photograph your story somewhere far, far away please do not hesitate to reach out, destination elopements are our favorite!

All of them! Yep, you read that right. We don’t hold anything back on you and there isn’t a cap on how many we take. We do delete any photos that aren't up to our standards such as maybe blurry, duplicates, or unflattering. (Maybe you were blinking or just scratched your nose.) The rest are yours! But keep in mind this does vary depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

Absolutely! We always try our best to accommodate a payment schedule that works for both of us! We can break your payments up leading up to your session; However, your payment must be made in full prior to your session or wedding date.
