    Emma and Hallie are so easy to work with! They were so helpful throughout the planning process, and vital to a successful wedding day. They took care of it all on wedding day, every single detail, so no one had to bother the Bride and she was able to simply enjoy the day. Watching them work is truly amazing. From wrangling the bridal party, directing the vendors, decorating, helping the bride pee with her dress on, and all the details in between, Dolly Wren will have your back. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else!

We are best friends and co-owners, so any you get both of us with any wedding you book (double the help and double the fun!)
After our initial consult call, if you decide to book with us you will receive a contract within a week. Once your signed contract and $100 deposit are received, you are on our books! About 45 days out from our wedding, you will receive a questionnaire to help you think through all the aspects of your day and give us the info we need to set up timelines and contact vendors. We will set up a time to meet 30 days or so out from your wedding, and you have unlimited access to us from then until your wedding day!
We only take on one wedding per weekend to allow us ample time and attention to focus on your big day. We may book a weekday wedding and a weekend wedding in the same week, but there will be no overlap in events.
Absolutely! For information on other events, check out our website or send us a message! We also offer a rehearsal dinner wedding coordinating combo package to give you the full wedding weekend experience.
Absolutely! We have worked with a variety of vendors and definitely have our favorites! We do not handle any booking of vendors as that is left up to you, but it helps for us to work with vendors we know and love. No matter who you choose though, we will collaborate with them to make your special day happen!
