Since 2019, we have been planning & managing unforgettable, inclusive, and eco-conscious weddings that feel true to each couple’s story and values. Led by Katie Sautter, our team blends warmth, humor, and meticulous organization to make planning feel calm, clear, and genuinely fun. We handle every detail with intention and care, so you can feel fully present and joyful on your wedding day, and celebrate in a way that’s unmistakably you. We are diverse! We have 5 lead planners on our team, two of which are bilingual: one speaks fluent Spanish; another speaks fluent Slovak & can understand spoken Russian.

We believe your wedding should feel unmistakably you: intentional, personal, and true to your story. We’re proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly, sustainability-minded, and built on collaboration, not just coordination. Unlike solopreneurs juggling every hat, our dedicated team focuses solely on you, offering clarity, warmth, and unwavering support. For a more luxurious, hands-on planning experience for busy couples who want a conscientious wedding. Our full-service planning ensures a seamless experience from start to finish. We handle everything—from the seating chart design & card box, to eco-friendly touches, vendor coordination, and stress-free management of your wedding website, RSVPs, and hotel blocks—so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your engagement and wedding day.

For couples who love Earth and all its colors, our partial planning package offers a perfect blend of guidance for your unique needs. We help you design a vibrant, eco-conscious wedding that reflects your personality while handling logistics, vendor coordination, and hotel blocks. You’ll enjoy the planning journey without the stress, knowing that every detail is managed with care so your day shines as brightly as your love.

Note: $1,100 for partial event management, $1,550 for full wedding management. Our Wedding Management packages are ideal for couples who've planned their dream wedding but need an expert to ensure everything runs smoothly. We step in a month before your big day to coordinate vendors, finalize details, and manage the timeline. Enjoy your wedding experience, knowing every element is seamlessly handled with care, so you can simply be in the moment.

    I highly recommend K.S. Otter Events!! I can't say enough good things. They were organized, calm, and on top of every detail from the very beginning. They thought about things that I didn't even consider as the bride! On the day of, I really got to enjoy myself because I felt taken care of by Rebecca, Anna, and my bridal party. The K.S. Otter team handled timelines, vendors, and small hiccups. Everything went so smoothly. It was such a beautiful day, and my guests raved at how well organized everything was.     K.S.Otter Events were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the beginning, their communication style was detailed, calm, and highly organized, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and value they provided was exceptional - they were thorough in their planning, punctual on the day, and adaptable to any changes. They went above and beyond, helping us get the cake served when the caterer stopped, ensuring the aisle procession went smoothly, and even attending our rehearsal dinner. The lead planner, Jana, was particularly wonderful - she is very nice and has a calming presence that helped keep us relaxed on our big day. We cannot recommend K.S.Otter Events enough for any couple planning their wedding.

    Words cannot express how amazing her and her team were on the day and the days before. When unexpected things happened she held strong and kept me from panicking. When one of my bridesmaids got sick and couldn’t come to the wedding she was there for support and helped replan the itinerary to fit the missing person. Day of she was incredibly helpful and i had no stress. I am a type A person and she kept all my stresses at bay and if anything went wrong at the wedding I have no idea because she was so proactive. I cannot give her enough praise and I cannot recommend her enough. She was amazing. Whenever my family or friends get married I will be recommending her to them. Highly recommend choosing Katie and her team!
