I’m Ariana Dolan—wedding day coordinator, timeline guru, and your go-to calm presence when things get a little hectic. I've been coordinating weddings for over 12 years, ever since planning my own wedding in 2013. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of overseeing so many brides walk down the aisle—whether in grand cathedrals or beautifully crafted backyard celebrations. I currently reside in Durham, North Carolina, where I live with my husband and four children.

Amazing Coordinator!
Ariana was exceptional! Once she donned her black apron, she was fully prepared for any situation that arose. She skillfully coordinated all aspects, working seamlessly with the caterers, photographer, and wedding party while also assisting with last-minute setup. She was a calming presence; we were not stressed about anything because we knew that Ariana would handle anything that came up. Thanks to Ariana we were able to relax and enjoy the day.

The quality of their work was amazing - she is hardworking, and highly collaborative. She took care of coordinating all of our vendors, ran our entire wedding rehearsal, and arrived early on the day-of to set everything up before our guests arrived.
