I’m Ariana Dolan—wedding day coordinator, timeline guru, and your go-to calm presence when things get a little hectic. I've been coordinating weddings for over 12 years, ever since planning my own wedding in 2013. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of overseeing so many brides walk down the aisle—whether in grand cathedrals or beautifully crafted backyard celebrations. I currently reside in Durham, North Carolina, where I live with my husband and four children.

Our Partial Wedding Planning Package is designed for couples who have started planning but need expert guidance to pull all the details together. Whether you've booked your venue and secured a few vendors or you're halfway through your checklist and feeling overwhelmed, this package gives you professional support to confidently move forward.

We specialize in day-of coordination - for couples who've done the planning but want a seamless celebration. Our services start with a planning meeting 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding to review your plans, finalize logistics, and help create a detailed timeline. On the big day, we’re there to manage vendors, set-up decor, keep things on schedule, and handle any last-minute hiccups.

    Ariana was exceptional! Once she donned her black apron, she was fully prepared for any situation that arose. She skillfully coordinated all aspects, working seamlessly with the caterers, photographer, and wedding party while also assisting with last-minute setup. She was a calming presence; we were not stressed about anything because we knew that Ariana would handle anything that came up. Thanks to Ariana we were able to relax and enjoy the day.

    The Dancing Tulip Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Arianna demonstrated an organized, positive, and supportive communication style throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was amazing - she is hardworking, and highly collaborative.
