Full Service planning encompasses around the clock help with the wedding planning process from start to finish, 1 hour rehearsal dinner management, ceremony & reception setup & breakdown, 12 monthly consultations, recommended vendor list, timeline of events, and more!

Partial planning encompasses everything you need to help finish up those final planning details! We’re here to help you with partial vendor sourcing, creating a timeline of events, finalizing style and design, setup and breakdown of the event, and more!

Day of coordination is exactly that! We’re here to help make sure your event runs smoothly. Leave all the stress of making sure all of your vendors are on one accord and hurdling the wedding party and guests where they need to be!

    Best wedding planner ever!!!

    I cannot say enough amazing things about Chanaya and storybook weddings!! She was an absolute rockstar. I didn’t have to stress or worry about a single thing the entire day of the wedding. We also never felt rushed if we wanted to change something or spend more time doing something. If we needed a toothbrush or a strap for a dress, she showed up with a whole sewing kit. Leading up to the wedding, she coordinated with all the vendors and made sure everyone was on the same timeline. She also made everything look BEAUTIFUL on the day of the wedding and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Would 10000% recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner!!

    Chanaya made our wedding day run like clockwork. From our first conversation, she was responsive and detail-oriented, making sure we felt heard every step of the way. On the day itself, their setup was flawless and the execution was seamless—everything happened exactly when it should have. They stayed on top of every detail and kept things moving forward without us having to worry about a thing. We appreciated how professional they were while still feeling like they genuinely cared about making our day special. We'd recommend them to anyone looking for a planner who knows what they're doing.

    Finally Farris Wedding 10•18•25

    From the moment my husband and I started working with Storybook Weddings and Events, we were blown away by their prompt, amazing, patient, wonderful, and professional communication style. The team, led by the talented Chanaya, was incredibly detailed, punctual, and professional in their approach to our wedding planning. They seamlessly decorated our two ballrooms and guided us through the entire process, taking so much stress off of us in the 8 weeks leading up to our big day. Chanaya and her helpers were there for us every step of the way, even when we needed assistance at midnight! She provided invaluable ideas that we never would have thought of on our own, and we truly felt like she became family to us. With a large wedding party and two ballrooms to set up, Chanaya and her team executed everything flawlessly. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience, and we would book Storybook Weddings and Events again in a heartbeat! We love you, Chanaya!

    Amazing

    Chanaya and the team at Storybook Weddings and Events were an absolute dream to work with. From the very first call, they were incredibly helpful, listened closely to our vision, and were so understanding of all our needs and questions. Their communication style was fantastic - they were always available, went with the flow, and truly made us feel like their top priority. The quality of their work was amazing and so intuitive. They followed up on every detail, kept the wedding party on schedule, and ensured the entire day went off without a hitch.     Storybook Weddings and Events was the perfect wedding planner for our special day. Chanaya and her team had an effective, thorough, and detailed communication style that ensured every detail was taken care of. The quality of their work was in-depth and perfect - Chanaya truly went above and beyond, taking care of everything from setup to breakdown. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator; Chanaya was the best and made sure our wedding day was exactly as we dreamed it would be.

We do! A travel fee is typically associated with any venue that requires 2.5 hours or more of travel time.
Yes! A 1-hr rehearsal management is included with each package. If you'd like us present for longer than the 1-hour time slot, additional charges may apply.
1 Venue visit is included in your package. Additional visits will inquire additional charges.
We can help with setup (Ex. Table setting, placing centerpieces, welcome table setup, decor breakdown, room flips etc.). We do not setup the bridal and groom suites on wedding day. We do not do next day tear downs! We breakdown all decor we are responsible for the night of the event concludes.
Not at all! We pride ourselves in making it easy for our clients. Our payments are split into four installments! One (non-refundable) 30% deposit is due at the time of signing. The remaining payments are evenly split and spaced. The final payment is due 1 month prior to your wedding date.
Unfortunately, we do not have a decor inventory.
Yes! We will be at your wedding from start to finish!
It depends on your package! For Day of coordination, we typically do not help with vendor sourcing. However, we can always share our preferred vendor list with you. For partial and full service planning we are actively helping you find and source your vendors.
Yes! If our assistance with these items is requested, we will help! We know some couples like to do it themselves, that's no problem! If you'd like us to double check behind you, we sure can.
Another team member or trusted coordinating company will be sent in our place. If this option is not available or unsuitable; a refund will be the next option as outlined in the contract.
We offer day-of/month-of coordination, partial planning, and/or full-service planning. Whether you need someone to execute your final details or guide you from start to finish, we tailor our support to fit your needs.
