Aside from her AMAZING hair and makeup skills… We had a few bumps in the road so my mom and I weren’t able to make it to the venue until after my scheduled time for both hair and makeup. As you can imagine, I was definitely panicking about our ceremony starting in less than two hours from the time of my arrival. When I finally made it, I felt SO much better as I realized that Alexis made sure that all of my bridesmaids were on track as far as hair and makeup while I was gone. One of my girls asked the makeup artist to change some things about her look day of and they did amazing with changing it as she asked. My hair and makeup looked so amazing all day and stayed through all of my tears and the rain we had the day of. The curls in my hair did fall but the updo stayed perfectly and my hair is horrible at holding curl anyways (not to mention the humidity!) so it was no fault of theirs anyways.”

I booked with them somewhat far out from my wedding, but my call with Kate, the owner, as a consultation was a match right off the bat. She got to know me as a human not just a bride, and took great care in my vision for my day. Gina, whom I sincerely apologized to for all of my questions and emails (lol) was SO incredibly kind and patient and made any updates to our contract or services any time I asked! Now, onto the artists: I had my trial with Jeannette, who made me feel so beautiful and comfortable, I knew we were a good match! I felt confident with her as lead artist! On the day of, Jeannette, Myriam, Jenna, Lorena and Rene all exceeded any and all expectations. There were a total of 30 (I think) services being performed and I have never seen such a “well oiled machine” of hair and makeup before. They took time and care for each service but also moved so quickly that they were finished early. We didn’t have to start at 6am with that many people, which honestly, was a huge concern. Everyone felt and looked STUNNING and I truly could not stop staring at myself after my hair and makeup were finished. Haven’t gotten all of our professional photos back, so including what I can! Including a before photo, an after selfie, an iPhone photo at the end of the night & one of my professional photos from afar so you can see how glowy and dewy she made me look!”

Nicole's had great opportunities to work with amazing people, local organizations, film productions, Arab World Fest, Thyck Troupe Chicago, Live Out Loud Charity and even R&B singer Tweet.
